Review Time
I have three Berghoff frying pans of differing sizes. I have been pleased with them all but recently the largest pan coating started to flake. I had this pan for over four years but was advised to send this back to the company. They inspected it and then sent me a new pan to replace it with advise on cleaning and heating the pan. It had probably been a manufacturing fault but all the same I was given a new replacement pan. It was a pleasure to deal with an efficient and honest company.
Was off to a great to start; however, after about 15-20 uses my pan now acts like glue. I was showing my partner as a joke that I could lift the pan upside-down over the hobb and the eggs would remain stuck in place. This was funny until I remembered the price that I paid for the "non-stick" pan...I was making an Omelette yesterday and the centre was stuck like nothing I have seen before. (Even with a little oil) it tore up. I ended up using another cheap pan (from wilkos)Unless I was given a defective pan I would not recommend.
Placed order during a sale event and then got an email advising they cancelled my order as they made an error in the pricing. Emailed them asking for company policy on incorrect pricing to support cancelling my order and have not had a response in over 3 weeks despite emailing several different departments.
