The delivery was sent to my neighbour! And when I a purchased the item the order information was 100 per cent correct. And what frustrates me even more - was that I was asked if I filled out the delivery instructions correctly! And in fact the delivery label was incorrect-which was nothing to do with me.Update- I’ve just read an email from Berghoff GB and appreciate the refunded postage-22/08/2025. Also I would just like to add that the pan I received was good and I’m happy with my purchase.

The non-stick surface was beginning to flake. They were very quick to respond to my emails and photos. After some communication, earlier in the year and on their advice, l deep cleaned my pan, but this only weakened the surface more. Finally l returned the pan. Although BergHOFF denied the faulty surface, they immediately replaced my pan with a new one.So, ultimately, I'm very happy with the customer service and response, although slightly miffed at their implication that this was a fault of my own making and poor maintenance!!
We bought a set of pots in July 2023, just recently one of the pots started to bubble, I emailed the company and received a response within hours, I followed the instructions received and returned the pot, three days later after returning the pot I received notification that a replacement would be sent, two days later the pot has been replaced. I cannot ask for a better service than this, Berghoff will always be the first company to check for similar products.
