Convenient & good service. Always prompt. I did find the on line booking site a little annoying as I forgot to choose return journey seats & there was no prompt so my party & I ended up being split up.Drinks facilities could be improved as the coffee was cold by the time I got it & the guy had no spoons to measure out the sugar which meant it was far too sweet. Didn’t buy a drink in the return journey!!
The coach arrived promptly, and we were given a warm welcome by both the driver and the stewardess. The journey was smooth, the service friendly and efficient. Hammersmith is a very useful starting point on arriving in London, it took me by surprise. This service runs from my home town right into the city, and I am delighted about it!
