My condition, generalised anxiety disorder has been disrupting the pace of my life for three years now. It's literally so mentally darining and also affecting me physically! Using this app made things a bit more clearer and tolerable! Im trying my best to get better and this app is aiding me in that. Thanks creators!

This bettermood stuff? Best damn purchase I've made. Never been one for that self-help mumbo jumbo, thought it was all a load of bull, but my shrink, he says "try it for your anxiety." so i did. They got all these modules, right? Started with one called "symptom management" goddamn if it didn't work wonders, been through a few others since. I gotta say, I'm hooked. I love this. Really, really love it.

I just want to say that there are a lot of people who let their fears spoil their “joie de vivre”. There’s no mumbo-jumbo in Better Mood. It’s straight to the point. And so I think it is really good to those who deal with fears no matter how small. You are not alone in this.
I found myself getting more and more stressed and anxious with work, 3 small children, and my own high expectations. A close friend mentioned this app, so I said I would try it, knowing that I probably wouldn't. He asked one day how I liked it and I lied and said it was great. He then asked if I had just gone through my program or jumped into any of the other content as well. I didn't know what to say so I said that I had to run and promised to catch up with him later. I knew that I needed to subscribe to this program to get me out of this mess. I completed the first session of my program that morning and went on to explore the other content and found myself enthralled in this app for over an hour. I truly feel like I am learning to regulate myself and my days have never started so well and relaxed. Do yourself a favor and get this app. You won't be disappointed.
Not bad. Bite sized. Unclear if one time cost or subscription based. "Cancellation process shouldn't be a maze. It's as simple as shooting an email to our support team, or clicking a button on your membership page." I have been going in circles for 20 minutes trying to find this elusive button. This is beyond frustrating.

I am absolutely loving this app. It's like the gift that keeps on giving. Before this Bettermood app I used to get all information about my anxiety issues online. finding something that could help me online felt like trying to find a needle in a haystack, wading through all this different information and suggestions just to find something, so much nose and hassle. But this app is easy to use, smooth, and well-designed. The personalization is outstanding, I am getting content that I need in my current situation. I feel connected to mu coach, like that I feel that he truly cares and is concerned with my wellbeing. It's warm and cozy in there, I don't know how they did it but I seriously it just feels nice to do the sessions. Thank you to this app it is totally changing me and how I deal with my anxiety and stressful situations in my life.
