So so so grateful for this app. Its a total life saver. I had crazy heart palpitations which made me panic and go to the ER… turns out it was a false alarm… my sister recommended me this program and i tried it. It made me realise its my anxiety.. my Gut feeling was gone in 5days. LOVE IT!
Unfortunately I had the same experience as Nicole. I had no reminder notification that the subscription amount was about to be deducted and nowhere on their site was it made clear that costs were in US dollars. I even checked their FAQ. I got charged nearly double the amount once that I had had budgeted for this app. I complained to the developer that I couldn’t afford this amount as it wasn’t what was advertised and got nowhere.
Oh my God! If youve got anxiety, you need this app ASAP! its seriously the best thing.. i feel like everything around me wasnt real and it freaked me out so bad but then i found out it was an anxiety symptom.. a friend told me about this app and i started using it for months. It made me feel less weird and less scared. It made me not fear my anxiety anymore… thanks xx
This app rescued me from spiraling! I tried many many ither anxiety apps but this one is totally unique.. this is my go to when i am alone with my stressful thoughts. Im still working on handling my anxiety and this app helps. Strongly recommended!
Just 5 days ago, I couldn't have written a review.. I was diagnosed with GAD after testing positive for covid. Some days were okay before without anxiety. This app helps me calm my nerves... helps me sleep even better and mostly breath better! I am learning and getting stronger everyday. Thank you whoever made this app possible....
I started getting panic attacks in certain situations that I could not avoid due it being my profession to BE in that situation. I had to be in closed spaces for a long periods of time and it was super uncomfortable for me mentally. I think BetterMood was mostly effective at dealing with problem like that, except for several things. For example, I read quite a lot before trying BetterMood and so some of their stuff was familiar to me, though I guess you can't expect for them to jump right into the deep -end. It took a while for it to get into the core issue of my problem - closed space anxiety. But when it did, it did it really well. I for now think i am (almost) over it. I have my little toolbox that i get to every time I start feeling the panic coming. And boy it is an effective little toolbox. I recommend this. But if you have a regular stress to deal with, this might be a bit too much work for you.
