I highly recommend subscription to Bettermood program. There is a lot of stuff to choose from. I choose according to my mood or according to whatever is sparking curiosity. I've enjoyed the choice to do daily sessions or relaxation techniques. The body relaxation videos really helped me understand how anxiety affects my body. It was perfect because now I know what to do when I feel tense. I would even recommend listening to that series before going to sleep. I felt it really helps to fall asleep.
This app is totally worth having. I use it 15 minutes daily. This app helped me change my habits and thought patterns as now I have more focus and awareness about how I handle situations. When the pandemic hit us hard I thought I was going crazy. I cried and had severe panic attacks that occurred anytime of the day. When people find themselves in such situations, it becomes essential to seek external support to learn how to effectively manage stress and regain a sense of inner peace. Some people chose medications along with therapy from a psychologist. I decided to buy this app because I am skeptical of meds and trying to find the right doctor is impossible right now due to my high anxiety levels. I understand that it takes time and daily practice to get the needed results. But I am grateful for this app and I feel like finally on the right path.
I find this program to be rich with workable options and opportunities to learn about and gradually manage my mind and deeply ingrained mental habits. It has helped me in several ways, maybe because it gets straight to a point without any unnecessary pseudo-spiritual elements. It's not solely about eliminating anxiety. Rather, I see it as helping users to notice patters and learn healthier ways how to deal with their feelings. For example I notice feeling less scattered, and less reactive in my day to day life. It is subtle vs dramatic shift.Coach John has enhanced my ability to navigate the sessions with timely, personal, practical suggestions. The app keeps developing as a work in progress which I like. Bettermood is a realistic name for this app. I recommend it highly. Well done.
Finally!!!!! I came across this app and can't help but wish I had discovered it earlier. I tried other 2 apps and didn't like them. When I tried bettermood app out, I instantly fell in love. I like how there are relaxation records and videos that helps me focus and relax my mind.Also, at bettermood, there's tons of knowledge about your anxiety. I've retained the knowledge better than attending therapy or reading online material! The assessment includes set of questions but it's worth the time because the results are just as accurate as what I got from talking with a real person.Thank you for creating this app. I don't mind paying for good content that can improve my anxiety. Please continue uploading new content to meet our ever-growing appetite for it. I can easily go through multiple sessions in one sitting!
Five Golden Stars to this amazing program! I rarely review an app but I dig options and was met with an array to select from. If my mind is too anxious, I'll need more than 15 minutes, that's why it's great that I can adjust session durations to my needs. Sometimes I'll do my program mid-morning at my desk for 15 minutes before a Teams or Zoom meeting, putting me in a calm, stress-free state of mind to be clear and fully open to absorb the content. I stumbled upon a brilliant work hack! Last night I decided to try relaxation audio for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised that after only 20 minutes of listening I fell asleep before it even ended. It was time to write a review. There is more for me to explore as Bettermood is definitely worth the investment. The UI is intuitive. Simple. Congratulations to the developers! I must admit that at first, the thought of online sessions, focusing on my breath, relaxation of my body, and basically participating in everything that bettermood teaches me... was not some thing I thought I would benefit from... I just did not think it was for me! I'm delighted that my misconceptions were proven wrong, and I took the leap to give it a try.
