I was enticed to try this app after seeing adverts on my Instagram many times. I'm always bombarded with new self help apps, 1 for everyday of the week! However, I decided to give this one a chance since they were offering a 7-day free trial...After some time of trying the app out I reached the end of the trial and realised I didn't have the time or money to continue with the annual subscription right now, however I COULD NOT find anywhere to cancel on the website...I managed to find an email under the support section explaining the situation and that I wanted to cancel. They then got back to me saying if I wanted to cancel all I had to do is reply back to this email before I get charged and the free trial ends. I replied ASAP to only then be debited $57.00 the next day and auto-enrolled onto the subscription...Following this I had 0 replies and all of a sudden my email was ghosted... I must have sent more then 5 emails to date trying to follow up and receive a response yet no one has replied...Thankfully, I paid via PayPal so I am able to open a case via them as a 3rd party under the basis thsy I requested the cancellation on time.Why would a company whos aim and concerns is helping others inprove their lives hide the cancellation and support options on their website. Just so they can make money off you... talk about a scam.Avoid at all costs unless you don't care about customer service and a money hungry company...This is my lesson never to trust a minor start up like this no matter what their claims are, they are not a big company like Audible who has happily refunded me for unused and unwanted subscription in the past...I am not even using the service in fear of the fact that I have used the service used against me in my case with PayPal.
Horrific - as other reviews say on here - don’t get lured in. They ask for a small amount for a trial - I paid £5. When you realise its all a rehash of free stuff on the internet, they take £57 out of paypal without telling you your trial is ended. They ignore your please to get the payment back and thats a lot of money to some. They send you no terms and conditions and even my complaint to paypal didn’t work they are so well stitched up. Please avoid - if you are suffering from anxiety this is the last thing you need. Its cruel!
I have just signed up for your service and paid you $57 only to have the most absurd user experience in trying to reset my password. EVERYONE currently uses mobile devices - I signed up to use your service from my iOS phone and tablet devices. Your current password reset UI IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH MOBILE DEVICES. Accessing the reset password link on a mobile device produces a screen with no CTA to advance the user after password entry. This is abusive and discriminatory against users that rely on your product from a mobile device and do not have access to a desktop. I have tried for days to reset my password only to discover this is only accessible to desktop users. This has infinitely increased my anxiety but I guess based out of Lithuania litigation is not something you people fear. Also who is Adam? The CEO? No LinkedIn nothing about the founders what kind of stealth beta already has an alleged 750k users? Fix this immediately and issue an apology to myself and your other users affected by this exceptionally careless and negligent user experience.Where is your empathy as a company that tries to improve their users-mental health?Edit: thanks for the apology. I look forward to the fixes and for the actual app, hopefully, in the future. I’ve adjusted to three stars pending the fix.
Automated activities are very helpful in relating to my anxiety and I am glad I signed up However,I do find when I have tried to connect with a live person I have not been able to do so at any time I am always given the message they are away from their desk
This app works really well for me! I'm in Toronto and i have used this app daily for almost a month now… i really much enjoy the daily sessions and night relaxations… ive seen so much positive changes in myself. I can even handle tough emotions and cope well with health issues. It also helped me after a sad break up aswell! I recommend trying it!!
Totally recommended! I am a big fan of this app. I've been struggling with tough times and bad bad panic attacks..m i got so much worse but this app helped me during a bad period of my life. After using this app for not so long, this app made me feel better and my bad distressing feelings disappeared.. try it!
Loving this app.. i dealt with lifelong anxiety and these last few months were really tough on me… i tried so many things, even many medications and pills..this is the only app that has been a life saver! It is good fir calming my nerves. Its always there when i need it!

You dont have to feel trapped anymore… re gain your power and understanding… this app is a great guide to a better life!
Incredibly valuable!! I've battled anxiety since my childhood and even it made me lose jobs and my car. I got this app yesterday and its already a hugeee help for me. I tackled my fear. I shared this app with my friend right away! You too should give it a shot. Totally recommend.
A few years ago i went to Seattle with my boyfriend's family… the trip was a mess and when we got back, i felt so disconnected from myself….. many things that happened on the trip made me so nervous. I starting hating cars and felt a tingling faintness.. i also couldn't breath properly. Thie app helped me calm down my anxiety! It made me feel heard!
