The overall experience was okay. I've had better experiences with this company. The butterfly rewards program: it's extremely difficult to redeem codes. I have tried redeeming codes and it will say I've already used that code when I haven't. I have contacted customer service about this and all they do is delete the codes that say this. They don't give me new codes therefore I have lost the rewards I accumulated. Also the book will be condition used very good or like new but when I receive it there are marred pages, the cover is bent, and other problems.
The only problem I have noticed is that your followup messages asking me to rate our experience with book delivery, don't actually give the title(s) of the books. You just give an order number. So I'm not always sure that I'm rating the delivery experience that you're referring to.
The book is lovely thank you 🩷 However, a strange thing happened. I went to my university library and the alarms went off when I entered. I was shocked to find out from the librarian that ‘an unknown item has entered the library’. Turns out that the book was still activated at its original library in Cork. Thankfully, my book is now deactivated and I was not in any trouble. Relived 😮💨
