Review Time
I ordered a book for one of my classes and contacted the company after two weeks of not receiving it, which was difficult because they do not have a phone number and answer to emails within two days. After finally receiving an email, despite not having the book for my first class assignment, they advised me to wait another week before contacting them again. I informed them I couldn't wait another week, and they reacted by telling me they didn't anticipate the book to arrive and would refund my money. This was the worst experience I have ever had, and I would not recommend this company. I finally received the book after roughly 20 days.

MullThis book contains inaccuracy, Alex Collins mother is not deceased, she's a personal friend. He was also not born in Plantation Florida. Horrible editing, or simply doesn't care. Possibly this author should have done more research.
The prices for Israel are twice the prices for "Palestinian territory, Occupied".There is nothing worse then being hypocrite, if you don't like Israel just don't ship there at all, you still receive "Jewish Money" earned by "Genocide" or whatever you believe
Terrible. Ordered books I didn’t receive. Their shipper says they were delivered, but there is no verification, and was no notification. Customer service was slow and non-responsive. No resolution has occurred. I wanted to love this new bookseller, and was so excited to find them, but just can’t given this.
The website (link via Amazon) did not state that the books were second hand. I was buying as a Christmas gift so was extremely disappointed to find that, not only was it an ex-library book, but it had a missing page. I am returning it for a refund.
I ordered a seller listed used book Quantum Mechanics by Merzbacher. It was described as the 3rd edition (with a picture showing the 3rd edition) and former library book in good condition. When I received the book, it was actually a 2nd edition in at most an acceptable condition. Especially it was not a former library book. I contacted the seller for exchanging the correct edition but was denied. Seller insisted they sent what I ordered.
This is my favourite second hand book seller.Books were delivered quickly and most were in good condition and exactly as described.One book did have badly torn pages, but customer service were excellent and efficiently sorted out a replacement.
I found a modern novel in German as a used book at an affordable price with quick shipping!!!! So happy. It’s incredibly hard to find non-classic novels in German in the US. Reading in German helps me keep up with the language but I don’t want to spend a ton of money ordering from a German bookstore or be stuck reading fairy tales or The Iliad.
