I’m just at the beginning of my BiteSoft journey with my aligners now in fabrication, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. Emma has been incredible! My whole experience with bitesoft so far has been nothing but spectacular! Fast, efficient and easy to use moulds are so easy. Not to mention it's all done in the comfort of my own home! I get replies to my emails almost instantly and help is never far away. Mel and Emma have done a fantastic job attending to my every need! Excited to see my results!
SUPER Speedy replies to emails and lovely customer service. I used BiteSoft a few years back - I was silly and stopped wearing my retainers. I recently emailed customer service, got a reply really fast letting me know they are still able to help me out and within the same day placed an order for a impression kit. I have just placed an order for my new set of retainers & couldn't be more impressed with the customer service. 😄
The whole process with Bitesoft has been great — really easy and straightforward. My treatment has run for about 14 months so far as my teeth were extremely crooked, and I’ve just finished my bottom row.I really appreciated being able to pay once upfront and not having to worry about ongoing dentist bills. The at-home scans are simple to do and make it clear when to change to the next aligner, which has made the process super convenient.Not completely finished yet, but I’m already so happy with the progress!
