Have had a great experience with Bitesoft. Communication has been great! Mel was really welcoming and informative with my on boarding process. Emma has also been brilliant at communicating information that answers any questions I may have had. Very pleased with my treatment plan and the steps taken to complete my perfect smile ☺️
The process couldn’t be easier. Mel and Emma have been amazing from the start, answering any and all questions. Bitesoft have been very efficient and truly care about my visions and goals with my smile. I cannot thank them enough for the confidence they’ve given me!
My teeth look great! Not completely straight but definitely an improvement from what they were. The reason they aren’t straight is because I decided to forgo any additional aligners after my initial treatment due to my fatigue at dealing with Bitesofts customer service, every contact with them was an upsell attempt, I was passed around between consultants, and they neglected to notify me at key points in my treatment leading to a half finished job and a great deal of pain for me.
100% avoid Bitesoft. Whilst some hv had a good experience I have not. They hv also tried avoiding giving me refinement replacements back when I first brought it up, and that point I should hv taken them to Fair Trading. However, was rushing overseas and got myself perm retainers done (my self at another dentist). Then I returned fm overseas and wanted to get my teeth fixed by paying for perhaps a few aligners.. they made me go to a local (close to me dentist) removed my perm retainers, did scans (paid for by me) then to later say my teeth is as it should be etc (based on their dodgy orthodontists review) and started to suggest veneers and god knows what. Now if this were even remotely true, that I didn’t need them fixed, then why was it that when I went to an ACTUAL orthodontist, they have said I do need my teeth sorted. I then had to get perm retainers back on (again paid by me) until I decided next steps!! All in all this experience has cost me a ridiculous amount of $. I suspect they realised a whole set of aligners were required and they preferred not to hv me pay for just a number of aligners when in reality I would hv needed rather the full amount so a better solution was to give me some crock of a story. Not only are their ‘guarantees’ seriously flawed.. they will find every excuse to not hold true to it. So if you had a bad experience keep all documentation and take them to Fair Trading. And My advice is to go to a reputable orthodontist.
So happy with my experience with Bitesoft.co. Jaccy was the customer care specialist looking after me through the journey of my aligners. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. She was so easy to communicate with and responded within the same day. The whole team was super helpful with the process of arranging my aligners. So excited to start my treatment and have amazing looking teeth :)
