I purchased 3 blend jets in December of 2022. On January 12, 2024 the company had a recall and sent out emails. Apparently the motors were known to overheat and catch on fire. Blendjet asked for us to 'destroy' the inner seal and take a picture of that broken inner seal with a pic of the bottom of your blend jet with it's serial numbers. Which we did shortly thereafter. I have reached out several time regarding the replacement of these 3 units. All I ever got was the usual, we are working on it. Needless to say Blendjet never sent any replacement units. This company is a scam. It's been well over 2 years and they basically just stole my money. I highly advise that you shop elsewhere for a mini blender. Because they are dishonest and don't deserve business from hard working people. You have been warned, take your money elsewhere! I can read tons of other reviews here on Trustpilot regarding this issue. So they pulled to wool over the eyes of many. I just reached out again on 1/17/2026 with, of course, no response. When you go to their website and click on Support Help Center the page it says "404 This Page Cannot be Found". Shame on you Blendjet, do better!
I bought a Blendjet 2 years ago and then there was a recall. I was advised to cut the sealing ring into three pieces and that's what I did. I'm still waiting for this to be sorted out! I have never actually got to use this thing and to be honest I don't think I want to as I no longer have any trust in it. This company are nothing but a bunch of scammers. I'm a 71 year old pensioner and have been left out of pocket by these scum.
My blendjet lasted exactly one use. Now it won't charge or turn on. Their web site is defunct except for the home page...the help tab leads nowhere and the email us link leads to an incorrect email address. Even the link that should let me verify if my unit is subject to recall is dead. The 844 phone number is dead. I'm guessing the 2023 recall blew up their financial plan...would recommend staying away from purchasing this...ever
I’ve been trying to get a response about my recall replacement and I’m getting absolutely nowhere. Customer service told me it would take a couple of months, but since then I’ve followed up multiple times and haven’t received a single reply. No updates, no acknowledgement—nothing.Where is my replacement? And why is no one responding to my emails? This is incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Don't waste your money. My blender was recalled urgently , I had to destroy part of it and send a photo to prove it, and await a replacement. I have waited almost a year with no replacement. I see many others have the same issue, and blendjet even have the audacity to like all the complaints on Facebook and not even reply. Embarrassing.
