BlendJet was a complete disappointment. I was asked to destroy my previous BlendJet device due to a safety recall issue, and was promised a replacement. It’s been a year from the due date for the replacement arrival and still nothing. If they are still not out of business, I hope they will be soon. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a replacement jar on Jul4th and received a confirmation email of purchase. They immediately took my money. There has been no communication since. They have failed to respond to my multiple emails. I just read the company Blendjet is no longer doing business but their website is still up. SCAM!!
My blender has been great so far. Didn't do the recall as they wanted you to destroy your old one which to me makes no sense and have never heard of a recall like this. Recently bought replacement gaskets, it has been almost two weeks with no email of shipment or tracking. Has not been shipped yet and i see no way of contacting them. Sent them an email about 2-3 days ago and no word. seeing all these reviews, i would stay away and take your business somewere else. Now i have to call my bank to do a chargeback on $10 lol
Another scam American company.The product was mediocre, and only sold due to the gimmick of a battery in the blender. It was overpriced, underpowered and disappointing.The delivery was painfully slow, they then recalled the product and demanded we destroy the product. Now they're "out of business", haven't sent any replacements as promised, and don't respond to any contact.
Blendjet did a recall for the base, and, after did everything they asked, it’s been 2 years, yes 2 YEARS, I'm waiting for the replacement.I received tons of excuses (lot of recalls, no stock, problems with supplier...) and still nothing.Don't buy it, is a SCAM
Was sent an email about 1.5 years ago to send back the base of my blendjet due to a product recall. Despite numerous emails, I've not received any replacement part or any assurance when it may be sent. Avoid this company completely. Their customer service is absent.
It's been 2 years since I've been waiting for a product after a recall! They always reply the same - 'supply chain issues' 'You're on the list' 'it will definitely arrive within the next couple of months'.Next thing I find the company has gone out of business, yet site is active.I try to place an order and conveniently they no longer ship to my country!
