2.5 years without the product

2.5 years since I was told to destroy my Blendjet with a promise of a replacement. Zero communication throughout and used to only respond with a default 'we are working as quickly as we can' if I pushed for an update. I have been ignored now for the last 6 months.

Do not buy

After I don’t know how long I’m still waiting for my replacement. They send you a faulty product, ask you to destroy it and show proof to send you a replacement and, 1.5yrs later, still silence and no replacement. Do not buy from this company

Avoid at all cost 18 months after…

Avoid at all cost 18 months after disposing the one I had for safety reasons they are not replying to any emails but then I get one today saying there have gone out of business but they are still selling online. CRAP COMPANY with poor customer service, I am now going to take legal action against company owner out of principle. See you in court

Find an alternative blender!!

I bought a blendjet but in Feb 2024 it was recalled with the promise a replacement would arrive in June! 15 months later and no such replacement has arrived, no updates from the company and when you contact them their customer service is awful! I have emailed again today and received an automated AI written response back with a link to a site that says they have gone out of business! Yet they still continue to advertise their products? I have asked several times for a refund given the time that has gone by but this has been refused. Avoid at all costs!!

Totally disappointed!!!

till waiting for my replacement base that was promised a year ago. I cut my old blender and sent a photo as proof, and now I’ve been blender-less for so long! I've sent multiple emails, but all I get is the same automated response. What kind of customer service is this???

BEWARE of this company

I have had multiple Blendjet 2 blenders and they all started to exhibit charging issues after a few months. The company is slow to respond and from there they just fail to respond. There was a big recall in 2023 and they say they are still busy in 2025 and to be patient, but this is just a stalling tactic. The customer service lines have been disconnected except for one that goes to India. I am extremely disappointed in this company.

Scammers! Like many others mine was recalled, I did everything I was asked to do. I have reached out multiple times and received a generic ‘we are working through this issue and you will get it soon, please be patient’. I have been waiting over 18 months! Shame I cannot give minus stars

Destroyed my seal due to the recall and…

Destroyed my seal due to the recall and sent them proof as they requested, that was 15 months ago and still haven’t received my replacement. When i emailed them i received a reply full of ‘poor us we are just a small company’ type nonsense. They obviously have stock as they are still selling them on their website! They shouldn’t be allowed to sell another item until everyone affected by the recall has been sent their replacement.

Very Poor Customer Service

This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. A year and a half later, I still have received my replacement. They have been dishonest with me for over month, even sending a pending shipping label that subsequently vanished. Now, I am unable to access their website, and it appears they may have blocked me. I have not gotten a response to my last 3 emails that were spaced a week apart. Avoid their products to spare unnecessary frustration.
