Review Time
As with many Blendjet customers, I am still waiting for a replacement part due to a product recall. Its been over a year since I first registered the recall and destroyed the advised seal in order to do so (Feb 2024). Blendjet have stopped replying to my emails. The last of which was still trying to fob me off with supply chain issues. I've pretty much given up and hope of this replacement part ever being sent out so now I have a machine I cannot use.
Yet another story of no replacement for a recalled unit. Destroyed my unit by cutting the rubber gasket as instructed -- Dec 2023. Sent email inquiry and was informed of "supply chain issues" -- Sep 2024 (ie approx 9 months). Today (Apr 2025), still no replacement, no correspondence from the company, nothing. As others have said, why do they still have products to sell (apparently), when so many are still waiting for replacements? Shoddy shoddy way to run a business. Shame because it's actually a great product (if it's not defective, that is).
Purchased one of these a while ago. Had no issues with it then received an email on 01/02/2024 from BlendJet saying that it was best to destroy the unit for safety reasons and they would replace it. Followed the instructions as per the email received a response to say the new unit would be sent out and then nothing. No new unit, no response to any emails. Awful customer service.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Was advised my BlendJet was on the list of potentially faulty ones, so did as instructed cut up the seal, photographed that and completed the online form. Well 18 months I've been waiting for the replacement parts. My last email to them on 04.4.25 has gone unanswered. Absolutely appaling customer service, can only assume now after all this time that I won't be getting the replacement parts and am left with what was a good little blender now totally unusable. Steer clear of this sham of a company
I ordered a blendjet which ended up being recalled. On 1/26/24 I filed my recall and destroyed my blender as instructed by cutting this band/seal. To this day I have not received. This is what they said: "We experienced some unforeseen issues in our supply chain. We are working to try to get the replacement base kit out to you but we are unable to provide you with a timeframe on when it will be delivered. The recall has impacted us hard and as a small company we are doing our best to get through it and focus on getting these base kits out." If there are issues with the supply chain, how are you still selling? The product didn't even work as well as they advertised. Don't buy from these guys.
