Still No Replacement. Total Scam Behavior.

It’s been over a year and a half since the 2023 recall, and I still haven’t received a replacement or refund. Customer service is a complete joke—they only send meaningless copy-paste replies, clearly to stall and avoid helping. At this point, I have zero faith that I’ll get anything. This company is a total scam.

This company is defrauding people by producing an inferior product.

On January 25, 2024 I destroyed the rubber ring of my blendjet, per their instructions. I took a photo of the ring and my unit serial number and forwarded it per the instructions for their recall. To date, May 23, 2025, I have not received a replacement, and they refuse to give me a refund or tell me when I will receive a replacement. The blender is junk and doesn't blend anything frozen or greens, however I paid for their inferior product and they refuse to stand behind it. Instead they continue to sell new units and are ignoring those of us who are waiting for replacements. I contacted the BBB. They attempted to contact Blendjet on two occasions, and were ignored. This is not a legitimate company and it can not be trusted.This forum will not accept my date of incident so I am using one year ago today.

I have been trying to get my BlendJet replacements

I have been trying to get my replacements from this company for over a year. They continue to sell new units but can't replace ones that had a defect. It's so frustrating to get emails to buy a new one or one that is on clearance.

Waiting on replacement since 2023

December 31, 2023 is when I submitted my claim for the blendjet recall. Fast forward 1 year and 4 months later, still no replacement. I’ve sent email after email to receive the same robotic answer. My friends have all gotten their replacements, including those who filed AFTER me. Where is mine?! This was not a cheap product and at this point, it makes me feel like we just wasted our money since we have NOTHING to show for it.

Company doesn't follow up on its recall replacements

Company doesn't follow up on its products. I along with thousands of others, bought 1 or more of them in 2023, they had a big marketing push that year. They had a recall at the end of 2023, saying they would send you a replacement if you proved you made the product unusable. I sent in my first replacement base request on 1/4/24. I recieved one replacement ( a gift for someone) in March of 2024, after waiting 3 months. I sent in 3 more requests in April of 2024, since then I've sent at several emails asking about my replacements. They continue say " thank you for your patience, you'll recieve them when we are able to send them". Yet, they continue to sell new (revamped ones) in stores. I will be following other owners lead and will be placing a Better Business Bureau complaint. I've told my FB friends not to buy them, and anyone I know. They continue to sell them, knowing they have stolen from thousands of people by not either refunding their money or sending a replacement base. Totally an unscrupulous company. Again, Don't buy anything from them, get a Ninja or something.

Recalled Blendjet unit never replaced

Don't waste your money on company who doesn't care about you. Bought a blend jet that was subject to a recall. Followed directions to destroy seal which makes device unusable and applied for replacement model. 15 months ago and am still waiting for replacement. First couple times got customer service reply that having issues with supplier and should receive soon. Last 6 months they ignore my emails with no response. Very pathetic company. Horrible customer service.

Unusable blender

After destroying the parts that were required to be replaced, took pictures of my unit's serial number and parts. After almost 1204182024 months of waiting, haven't heard anything back. Not sure if I ever will. For those of you who got your replacement units, I'm jealous !!

Never got my recall item back.

They told me i had to destroy my old Blendjet and a replacement would be sent out due to a recall issue. This was nearly a year ago and i am still waiting. They refuse to tell me when i will receive my replacement and they refuse to give me one of the new ones they have in stock. Beyond the joke, stay away from this company.

12 months post recall- no replacement

I have been waiting 12 months for product replacement post-recall and all I get are trite customer service responses when I email every 3 or 4 months.Meanwhile they can give away units in online competitions.I would not re-purchase this brand and I do not recommend the product nor the customer service.

My blendjet was recalled but not replaced...

I found out that my blendjet and my daughter's (bought at the same time) have been recalled, early 2024, so I followed their instructions and destroyed my rubber seal so that I can't use it. My daughter tried contacting them again in August to find out what was going on with the replacements only to be told that there is a back log and shortage in kits. Yet I receive numerous emails weekly trying to sell us further products, it's just disrespectful. I don't trust blendjet and I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and products!
