WARNING!!! Beware before you purchase this product... The company had a massive recall because their blenders can overheat or catch fire! Don't believe me? Go check it out for yourself at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commissions website! Since the recall, they told customers to destroy the bases and would replace them with new ones. Well, over a year & a half later, they still have not replaced the bases citing "supply chain issues" which has been their excuse from the beginning of the recall. Yet they continue to sell new units, while doing nothing to make good on the damaged recall units.Bottom line, you have better choices like the Ninja, who actually makes a very good product, has a proven track record & value their customers without giving them lame excuse or products that don't work. Don't make the same mistake I did... Pay the extra money for a better & more reliable blender!Like others who have posted here, I'm still waiting for the replacement base. I've tried countless times to reach out via email and get no reply or the same old lame excuses; "that they're a small company & are having supply chain issues"!!! Don't waste your time or money on what is clearly a poorly made product by a company who could care less about its customers!!!First they notify you about a recall, have you destroy the seal and base, send in proof that you've destroyed it, then totally leave you high and dry with a blender you can no longer use.I think all of us who have been betrayed by this company should start a class action lawsuit and stop them from continuing to scam people out of their money, by making them PAY!
Not impressed one bit! I too like everyone else, got an email telling me my blendjet was a hazard, and still no sign of the replacement, filled out the forms, and also told there were supply issues! Scammers had our money and scarpered. Do not buy from this company.
Ordered from theys on the 17th and i have had no update on my order iv tried contacting them and no respond i contacted them to ask for a refund still no reply iv waited long enough and im done waiting iv all ready went a got a ninja blast instead and i picked it up same day no waiting around and since theys have not contacted me im going to ask my bank to take the money back since theys are ghosting my emails and refusing to send my blender out
