Horrible company with horrible customer service and is what I can only imagine is a complete fraud that lies to people to try and up their sales.I like so many others got a recall order for my newly purchased blendjet. Destroyed my blender, filled out a form and sent proof but got no response. Sent a couple of emails over the years with various pre written responses and have come to the point that I just don't get any type of answer at all.
DREADFUL USELESS COMPANY. Returned my blendjet 2 as part of the recall. Over 18 MONTHS LATER, still waiting for the replacement. I have written many many times chasing this up with Blendjet 2 and all I get is a standard email telling me to be patient. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
How could you still be selling on your website and claim to be out of business??? I have been waiting for my replacement for years and been left out of pocket with no product to use. I do hope you do lose your business now, you are a dishonest company.
Our BlendJet smoothie maker worked really well until the rechargeable batteries died and we discovered that the batteries are not replaceable.There is nothing wrong with the BlendJet except for dead, non-replaceable, batteries but we have to toss it out anyway.Talk about built in obsolescence gone mad!!
I purchased the BlendJet for myself and one for my son. Not long after receiving, they were recalled by the company. I followed all the instructions provided to request a replacement and received an email order confirmation that a new one was on the way. That was over a year ago and I never received anything. Multiple requests for an update were ignored. I filed a complaint with the BBB that went unanswered. The customer service number is disconnected and chats have been disabled. Apparently the company has gone out of business and will not be honoring replacements or refunds for their faulty product. However, you can still go to their website and add products for purchase. Do not be fooled. This company is a joke.
Fraudulent company that deserves to go out of business for good. It’s been well over a year that I’ve disposed of my original blendjet that was recalled as per their instructions due to poor manufacturing and for being a safety hazard. I’ve contacted them several times, and for over a YEAR, they’re telling me they’re still working on sending out replacements which is simply not true. They refuse to give me a refund despite that I PAID for a product I couldn’t use. Somehow they’re still selling newer models but when refuse to give any sort of timeline for those of us who purchased and supported the brand in the beginning. Absolutely no integrity.
