Happy with my BlendJet Experience

I bought the original BlendJet 1 and ordered version 2 as well. I was sad for the company when I heard what happened - obviously, they went with a manufacturer who messed up at the end. I still use my BlendJet and used to take it into the office. I hope that the company gets back on its feet and continues. I love my BlendJets and still support the company. I am grateful to them!

I was apart of the recall and have MANY…

I was apart of the recall and have MANY follow up emails to prove I was constantly in touch. I have the bases and cut up plastic parts which we had to do and prove that they were destroyed but have yet to receive two new blendjet machines. It’s been over 1.5 years. They are not even answering my emails any more and no phone number!

Since February 2024 the day that I had to destroy my Blendjet because of their email and asking me to send pictures to have a replacement base kit after doing it because my product was one of the defective ones.Since that day, so more than 1 year and z half I haven't received anything from them. Only excuses reply to my messages asking what it's going on? They cannot event tell me a time frame.What else!? Oh I just realize 5 minutes ago that they blocked me on their Instagram, I'm not allowed of posting any message on their post...oh and it's not like if I bombarded them with tons of messages oh hell no just 2 times on their post.Unbelievable!!

Disgusting service

Disgusting service, I received a notification of a product recall where I was instructed to break the device and send photos and a replacement would be provided. I followed instructions and waited, no new device. I followed up several times with customer service who kept advising me to wait. After 2 years they just said too bad it was a voluntary recall and they were not obligated to refund or replace the device. The bledjet team should be ashamed of themselves. Appalling behaviour. Do not buy their products.

Don't believe what they say

I bought a blendjet in 2023. Was using it and all was good. I then received an email in Feb 2024 stating there was an important safety message. I checked my blendjet serial number and it was one of the affected blenders, so I stopped using it and contacted blendjet whereupon they confirmed to safely dispose of the base unit as it was potentially dangerous. They said I would receive a replacement unit at some point.Having heard nothing for 10 months, I "reached out" to them in December 2024. They replied that I hadn't been forgotten and i would receive an email with shipping details in due course. It's now August 2025, 18 months after the product recall notice. All I can say is that if Blendjet find this wait reasonable, then they really need to review their proud statement about how important customer service is to them. I've accepted I won't be getting a replacement and I've purchased an alternative blender which is working really well. Just wish I'd never bought a blendjet to begin with. They are a waste of space with awful customer service.

Scam and no new replacement since their recall!

Since the February 2023 recall it's crap. Still haven't received my replacement parts as of July 2025. Latest answer is."Hello, We are unable to provide a comment on matters related to the recall for international customers at this time. We greatly appreciate your patience. If you have any questions, please contact us at winddown @ blendjet . comSincerely, BlendJet Customer Service"

Loved my BlendJet, but the company's a complete mess

I loved my BlendJet enough to buy a BlendJet 2, but the company has been nothing but unhelpful since the February 2023 recall. I still haven't received my replacement parts as of July 2025 and the company has stopped responding to questions. I tried to contact them in June 2025 because I'd moved and wanted to see if there were shipping updates or if I could update my address - no response at all. Stay far away!
