Review Time
Just as many others have described, I also received an email instructing me to destroy the BlendJet I owned and send pictures as proof, in order to receive a new one. In the instructions, it said not to push them for an arrival date as it could take up to 6 weeks to receive the new one. This was in May 2024. I have emailed them several times since then and the only feedback I get is that they are working on it and having trouble with the supply chain. I work in logistics myself and know that it does not take 18 months to receive new products, no matter the issue. And funny enough, they are selling products in stores, meaning they are receiving new products all the time. Terrible customer service. I waited 18 months before I finally bought a new blender from a different company. I will never buy from BlendJet again.
Purchased my unit in June 2024. It is not as powerful as promised. Can only blend non-frozen goods. In Dec 2024, BlendJet recalled some units for safety concerns about blades coming off. I went to website to screen my unit number for recall. It said it was recalled. I destroyed the unit as required and sent in pictures. I was informed that my unit was not recalled it was a mistake. I was promised a new unit. I emailed between Jan -Oct 2025 requesting my unit, only to be told they are prioritising new orders and mine will be sent soon. My last email in Oct 25, I requested a full refund as it was their error mine was destroyed. I receive a reply that says they don't comment in international orders anymore. That I should contact someone else. Sub par product and extremely poor customer service. I do not recommend.
I've ordered 2 blendjet in 2022 few months after it's been recall for faulty..today 2025 nothing has been sent.they know they messaged up big time..so they the company went bankrupt and they will no longer issue any replacement but at the same.time still selling blendjet..don't be fooled by their advert..they are the professional daylight robbery ..selling dangerous goods to people then ask for return then close their company..no good etiquette whatsoever.all about their pocket .May the new blendjet company fails too..you have caused a lot of problem to people all over the world.you deserve to be cursed..
Like many others, I followed the instructions for the recall in January 2025. I have yet to receive my replacement part. It is now mid-September 2025. I see others are still waiting as well. I have emailed the company several times and never receive a reply. I am starting to suspect that they either have no actual Customer Service employees or they have gone out of business. I would definitely recommend NEVER purchasing anything from this company.
Horrible product. Not strong enough to turn the motor with just a minimum of liquids. It gets worse the longer you have it, which isnt very long. Then just suddenly stops working at all. Did purchase it on sale. They marked it down to a low enough price I really cannot complain too much. But even at the marked down price, the product is not worth my time. Stay away from this product.
The company is highly suspect. I, like so many others, had my BlendJet recalled in January 2024 (now September 2025) and have recieved nothing. I emailed twice to follow up, nothing. Supposed supply chain issues but they can keep creating more products and collaborations?If you want to know why the recall happened, "cases of burns from overheating and injuries caused by blades breaking off during use". So save your time and money and get something else... So disappointing.
Same as everyone else here. I received a recall and was promised a new device within a reasonable time which I have yet to received. It has been 1.5 years since the recall and I have not heard anything accept when I ask on mail but then they just say some copy paste bullshit
Terrible product. Started leaking after the first use. I sent in pictures. The back and forth with the "customer service" takes for ever. They won't replace it but sent me a 40% off code to buy a new container. Even if I wanted to do that, I actually couldn't because the website doesn't allow me to add the product into the cart (tried several browsers).All in all it's cheap chunk that should be avoided. There are other products with similar prices that hold up better.
