Last year I ordered an Ariel BlendJet. The jar of the blender was damaged with chips missing and cracks. I wrote the company. Weeks later they finally got back to me and said they will send a new jar. Package arrive a week or so later it it’s a new base, not a jar! I tried many times to get this fixed. Months later someone contacted me after I made another complaint of them not getting back to me and sent me a new blender. That blender arrived with a cracked base. Between the replacements and original blender I was able to build a fully functional blender and just went my way.This year I decided to give a second chance. My mistake. I ordered 2 of the bundle offer they had going. This was April 30 and was supposed to ship by May 1. What a joke. I tried to speak up and inquire about it as needed it did May 9.l as I ordered specifically for that trip. Didn’t come. Or said on 05/14 someone picked up at the PO however that wasn’t true….they were away & no where near home. Stupid decision on myself, on 6/3 I ordered my mom one. She has a medical condition and was looking at a portable blender she could use if needed when out. I showed her how to pulse on my BlendJet and let her borrow it for an outing. She loved it. When I checked out it clearly stated the ship by date of 6/4 and “free express shipping”. I have screen shots and a screen recording of the checkout to back this up. 6/11 I sent a message inquiring about shipping with no response. 6/21 I still did not receive nor have tracking for the order. I wrote back asking them to cancel at this point. No responded and I disputed the transaction. 7/2 someone at BlendJet finally responded saying they canceled the order.I’m flabbergasted BlendJet thinks this service I received is appropriate for items they advertise not only “free express shipping” but a ship by date of 6/4. They let a month go by from order date and still has not shipped. Responded like it’s no big deal we’re 3-4 weeks late. I’m done with these games and false advertising gimmicks. Three strikes, your out. Learn from me and order similar elsewhere.
I followed the recall process back in Feb'24 of my Blendjet2 blender like many others did. Despite many emails to & fro, I have still not received my new base - 1yr 4mths down the line.However, I have just read that Blendjet have now gone OUT OF BUSINESS, so I guess that's the end of that!!Not at all happy, but nothing I can do now!As Google AI put it...."As BlendJet is now out of business, it's unlikely you will receive a replacement base. The recall process is no longer active"
I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding the unresolved recall replacement for my two BlendJet units, which I returned in January 2024 as part of the official recall.I received confirmation and order numbers from BlendJet acknowledging receipt of the returned items. Despite multiple follow-ups over the past several months, I have only received generic replies stating that replacements are “in process.” As of today, I have not received the promised replacement units, nor have I been provided with any clear timeline for resolution.
I have been waiting over 18 months for a replacement after being asked to cut up the old products inside components. The company has zero customer service. Avoid at all costs. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Taking issue to small claims court even if it’s for a small amount
I submitted a form OVER A YEAR AGO for a replacement on the Blendjet that I had that was recalled, and still have not received a replacement. I have emailed them about it twice and they apologize and tell me how they're a small company that took a hit with the recalls, but they're working on getting the replacement sent out. I ended up buying a new one (since I disposed of the recalled one and had yet to receive the replacement), and it stopped working after a handful of uses. I will never buy a product of theirs again.
I attempted to purchase a replacement part for my blendjet on 6/19/25 through their website. After about a week with the order still not shipped I attempted to reach out by their phone number (out of service), email (no response) online chat sent me to email again. After several attempts I received an email back stating that they had a "surge in inventory" and this is the reason shipping my item was delayed. I looked into the company a little further and it appears that they are closed for business. I'm not sure who took my money but someone is. Buyer beware
I purchased my Blend Jet several years ago and last year there was a recall on it. I was notified to cut the rubber part in the base and take a pic of it along with the base. I was told a replacement would be sent to me. A year later and I have yet to receive the replacement. I have been reaching out via email and now they just aren’t responding. Very unprofessional of a business. I will never purchase anything from this business again.
Don’t trust this company. I sent my blendjet back in April 2024 after it was recalled as faulty. Despite getting in touch after 10 months (it was expected the replacement could take 3-4months)!I STILL don’t have a replacement and am about to write it off as a bad company. Very disappointed.
Terrible. This company got me for two blendjets in the recall and promised me that replacements were coming but I never received anything and my demands for a refund were also denied. I kept emailing them then finally received the email saying that they were no longer fulfilling the recall replacements having gone out of business. Surprised some people here got replacements, I imagine they did not live overseas like I do.
I sent in my recall request for the replacement parts for my 2 BlendJet2s on June 10, 2024. I contacted them August 18, 2024 to ask for updates, and was told they had started sending out kits (basically the same email everyone else got). It's now June 2025 and I just saw on their website that they are no longer fulfilling their recall orders. I bought 4 of their products and paid to have them shipped overseas to then pay an extra 20% VAT just to use them for a few months then had to cut them up. I gave 2 as gifts so I only had the 2 left for recall, I didn't even get an email for updates on the company/recall status. Had to waste even more hours of my life finding out all of this information and that only the people that complained to the BBB actually got their recall. This is absolutely disgraceful. And while there probably isn't much I can do now, I will just add to the collective to warn anyone not to purchase from their supply stock they are trying to still sell. Afterall, they should be using that stock to fulfill their recall orders.
