I run my whole house on 2 Apex 300 Units with 3 B300k batteries on each stack along with a solarx4k and a hub a1. From the hours of 3 to 7pm and the hours of 10pm to 6am I am off the grid. I charge the units with one solarx 4k and an 3.6KW array attached to it. I hear a lot of people complaining that the solarx 4k can’t charge at 60 volts and provide 1200 watts. I no longer have that issue which is caused by insufficient voltage from the solar arrays. You must keep that voltage at 450 volts to get the maximum output from the unit. I get that from 12-200watt panels and 2-590watt panels. I configured everything to give me a VOC of about 490 volts just under the 500 volt limit. I also have a 5.8Kw roof panel setup on a grid tie inverter which keeps me off grid and supplements battery charging of the Apex 300 Units. This system has some growing pains with the occasional errors which BLUETTI tech support is a little slow to respond. The one I get most often is the E-010 error from one of my Apex 300 stacks. The other one that comes up occasionally is the “software high current busbar error on the solarx 4k. None of these errors blacks out the house but it would be nice if BLUETTI can put a list of all possible errors and what causes them on their site. This would limit the amount of service tickets submitted. BLUETTI is a fairly new company but I picked them for this huge investment because I saw all the tear down videos on YouTube. I believe in build quality over all other items. When I saw how each BLUETTI item is constructed I knew with quality like this I had to invest. I know that a system of this size is bound to have some bugs in it and I know BLUETTI is on top of the problems. There were many choices for systems like this from other companies but I don’t think all the other options are as well engineered. All I want is for this system to last 20 years. The system is a beast and thanks to a 50 amp bypass charging I am able to confidently pull loads all the way to the systems maximum until it starts to mix with the grid. It is so seamless that you don’t even get a blink in your homes lighting. BLUETTI did their homework with that feature for sure. I would love for BLUETTI to make multiple profiles for energy management in their app. Example for cloudy days while on meager solar power I would have a time of use schedule which would put my SOC to 98% so my batteries charge fully with grid supplement by 3pm daily. On sunny days I would have another profile to put SOC at 70% because I have enough solar generation to charge my batteries by 3pm. Currently I have to manually change settings depending on my circumstances. Having multiple profiles puts the app on almost a totally automated system that I don’t have to monitor often. I see great things coming from this company I just hope they continue to grow and innovate. Just completed my system on 11-2025. I got my fist utility bill and for the first time in 35 years it was for the minimum service charge monthly of $16.00. I love showing that to people. Many of my neighbors are asking me about what I did and most likely will consider doing the same thing I did. My utility rate on peak times is about $0.89 a KWH so having this system is the difference of having a bill of at least $300 a month to having a bill of $16 a month. It really is a no brainer to do it.
The products are reliable and reasonably priced. I've been powering my home for 2 years using solar panels and Bluetti AC300 and B300 batteries for nearly all 120 VAC devices. As long as the sun is shining, my Bluetti equipment is working to save money. Their warranty service is also good and they have repaired equipment when needed.
I have owned my Bluetti Apex 300 and B300K battery for a year now. I bought it primarily as backup power for my house but also to take advantage of solar power to cut my electric bill. I charged the system using (5) two hundred watt panels. I found that if it was sunny, the battery would reach full charge, even while being used, in about 3 hours. Running the TV, lights, refrigerator and computers, it would last through the day. A portable space heater could drain the battery in a matter of hours though. I love the inverter features and the app. The battery holds power for months when not being used. I am happy enough with the system that I just ordered a larger expansion battery.
Bought the AC200L for our RV for the 30 amp outlet. We do short 2 - 3 night boon docking some times and this gave us added capacity over our lithium EV battery. Keeps us going for the whole trip. Running the refrigerator and everything else. The solar panel makes sure we never run out of power. Love it.
Bought an Elite 30v2 a couple months ago. It is performing as advertised. I just ordered an Elite 100 v2 on the Black Friday sale. I also have a Jackery Explorer 100v2. Among other uses I need a UPS function for an Oxygen concentrator. The Jackery doesn’t have that function. Can’t wait to compare them. Hopefully I can save enough for something with at least 3000wh’s. It’s going to take a while though. I’m leaning towards a larger BLUETTI product.
This company has excellent customer service . I was provided with a solution to my issue a few times already .I had issue with my EB3A before and it was ealt with fast. I had price adjustment with my Elite 100 V2 and it was corrected in no time. Thank you
