Since purchasing my BLUETTI battery, I haven’t had a single regret. It’s more than capable of powering everything I need while on the go and out in the field. The color display panel makes it easy to monitor usage, and its performance allows me to stay off-grid for days at a time without worry. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable portable power.
I've only had it for a few days. I waited and bought it while on sale. It was easy to buy and setup and start using. I looked at a few other companies like Jackery and EcoFlow. I like the Bluetti specs and 30amp plug so I can plug my truck camper in. I like that it's expandable later by adding more batteries as necessary. I'll be adding briefcase solar panels and DC to DC charger in the future.
This is my fist power station purchase and I’m really pleased with how easy their website was to navigate and all the special deals I always have and how fast my item arrived was amazing. So now we put it to the test and see how it does.
Super happy with customer service. Unfortunately my 1st unit failed while I was in Alaska, and there aren't any power station companies that will ship directly there. Customer service agreed to replace after I sent them videos of the failure, and were willing to work with me on how to get a replacement to AK. I ended up opting to wait until I got back to WA just to simplify things. When I returned to WA, I just had to email to get the process for replacement happening. Customer service stayed on top of getting it to me. Meanwhile I bought a 2nd unit because the EBA3 works well for me, so I can have a back-up if needed in the future. I love the product, and because customer service was so great, I'm not even bummed about the failure of the product. Sh*t happens, and as long as it's made right, I'm OK with it.
I purchased a Bluetti Elite 100v2 power station and, eventually, a Bluetti Charger1. My main reason for the power station was to allow a way to run equipment when I am tent camping and no power is available. Once I received it I tried it out on my needed equipment and it ran enough with a recharge to allow at least 2-3 nights of camping. I eventually bought the Charger1 because I know I would probably want to run additional equipment (e.g. phone charger, tablet charger, lights, etc) and wanted to ensure I had enough available power for up to 3 days, as needed. The decision for the Charger1 vs solar panels came down to price, input wattage and convenience. I was able to purchase the Charger1 quite a bit cheaper than when I first purchased the power station. So far I am satisfied with the purchases. To add, there was a delay for me upon the release of the Elite 100 v2. Due to the delay, Bluetti's customer service reached out to me and made it right. I greatly appreciate that they did that and it was also another reason for the decision to purchase the Charger1 from them. The positive product reviews helped a great deal, too.
Best customer service I've dealt with. I was desperate to find the part for my old unit and just randomly sent an email to BLUETTI, got quick response and in couple of days they located and sent it to me. Still amazed how good and quick it was. Wont hesitate to invest more in their products
The best off grid system is built with redundancy and decentralized systems. What I like about the Bluetti AC500 is the 24 volt DC 10A outlet port, they are the only one in the Industry with a 24 volt DC 10A outlet port. This is big in the solar generator backup power industry. When one is considering going off grid one must consider DC refrigeration. The best off grid freezers and refrigerators runs on 24 V DC. Also one note, on each communication cable there is a second switch, a lock switch make sure that it is pushed all the way forward to it's lock position. Thank you Bluetti for all your help. Love my BLUETTI AC200MAX! Exceeds expectations and when I recently had a problem, service was super fabulous! I believe my devise was out of warranty and that did not matter. They confirmed the problem then they sent a mailing label and very quickly fixed the device.
