Review Time
This is my first power unit and it is 1.5 years of being in the back of our Jeep powering the fridge without an issue it can go 3 days before needing a charge depending on how hot the weather is. Would recommend this brand to everyone.
Bought a unit unfortunately screen fault on first use. Then the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They eventually responded and arranged return postage to get unit repaired then they emailed stating unit was repaired. Now no response no update and when I called the phone service number extremely unhelpful also
I've only had it for a few days but the Apex300 paired with the B300k and 2 350w solar panels are working great. I'm using it for a RV and no complaints so far. I highly recommend it for those who are looking for a power solution when shore power isn't available.
I have three Bluetti power stations for different purposes and one of their portable solar panels.All work great and the Bluetti Phone app is excellent.Their customer service has been first rate anytime I have had to contact them.
AC70 purchased as back up for oxygen concentrator. Fortunately, not needed as of yet (hurricane Florida, here). However, I had a few questions on the unit and customer service was very cooperative and informative answering pleasantly my inquiries. I appreciate that concern.
