Review Time
Just received my 2nd Bluetti portable power station, Elite 100 V2, easy set up and ready to go in short order, very pleased with the features and love the iPhone app, all over a clear upgrade from my first Bluetti. I use the power station as a back up for my work station and fridge during power outages, additionally it will be a great addition to my outdoor get aways parred with solar panels. Have spent plenty of time researching various power banks, I am a fan of Bluetti's products and can highly recommend their products passed upon several years of usage.
I've been using bluetti for 4 years now with great success. Owning 3 different AC units I just the other day had an issue with my AC500 with the display screen would not turn on. Bluetti support was quick to respond and a simple firmware upgrade using the APP to connect to the unit resolved the issue.
I am a high school marching band director, and another very successful director told a large group of us about how great these power stations fit the needs of a competitive group’s front ensemble. He recommended we ALL put the money aside to grab a unit or two for our groups, and as our bands generator was on last legs I decided to grab two of the Elite 100 v2 units. They have been GREAT so far, our group can rehearse anywhere at any time with clean consistent energy on tap, and the batteries fit neatly inside our mixer cart. Game changer for the marching arts, who knew!
My unit unfortunately had a mechanical failure. Hesitantly, I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised! We email back and forth about problem related questions and possible fixes. After it was determined it was hardware failure, Bluetti paid for shipping and had me send the unit back. After about a week, my unit was delivered back to my residence and appears to be working like normal. Overall, I was very pleased!
Shipping dates weren't provided before placing my order. I found customer service difficult to understand and not very informed about adapting to RV integration. Inquiries into shipping status seemed to take long time to get responses back. I did finally get someone on the phone that I could understand and had a good experience with regarding order status.
Bluetti makes great products, but I wish to point out a bit more about the company. I had a small problem with my order, and the customer service was just great. Both Abbey and Juna not only handled and fixed the problem, but did it all with great courtesy and personality. So product and service make this company one to consider in your power station needs. I am just a satisfied customer with no other connection to Bluetti.
