I’ve had BLUETTI products for a hot minute and the products remain high in performance after a few years now. I recently purchased the DC to DC charger for my truck and had a slight issue after a week or so of daily use. Made one call and the customer service rep took care of me on the 1st call!
Great products and great customer service! We use a couple EB3As for our mobile business and recently purchased an Elite 100 V2 as part of our hurricane preparations to keep our refrigerator and deep freezer running when the power goes out! We only buy BLUETTI for our mobile power needs!
I chose to purchase a BLUETTI to replace my old gas generator in a power outage. The BLUETTI 200L weighs less and I do not have to keep it outside. I have contacted customer service with some questions about the setup. John was so informative and walked me through it with answers.
Product has performed flawless . Batter life is great it holds a charge . For extended periods of time . Check these products out when comparing to others the guys have are using the best battery's on the marked that was a big selling point for me
I have 4 Bluetti solar generators AC50s, EB70, AC180, and B80 expansion. They are all flawless, and easy to use. My first was the AC50 for a while, then bigger and bigger. I found that the sizes were perfect for my camping, i bring all of them for the weekend. AC for the tent, expnsion for the frig, 180for the truck base "everything", and the eb for the "kitchen"...i cant wait for the 100 becaus its smaller and lighter than the 180 with near same capacity.
I bought the Elite 30 V2, possibly the best option for a price range of about 200 dollars. As far as power hungry devices I have used so far, it is able to power my computer no problem and my vacuum cleaner with its power lifting mode without a noticeable loss in suction. I like how it has a lighter port so I can run my tire inflator with a short cord. I especially love how it has built in settings and no sign in required if you want to use the app and connect via bluetooth only, wifi being available but I didn’t want another device on my network. From what I found, the best brand for privacy concerned people who also want good features. There are some things that I would like such as monitoring Wh for power usage and solar intake, and limiting charge/discharge for a longer battery life. It probably doesn’t need to be limited since it is an LFP battery but it would still be nice to have. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and I would recommend to others.
