I offered to write this review as this is too good not share with you. This company is a blessing. My little project, 244cm x 97cm, wallpaper design, mural behind a mirror. I ordered samples, (everything quick, perfect) I revisited their website, ‘Free Mock up,’ pops up, I’m using samples on my wall to try and visualise. I email a few measurements and to be honest, not expecting much, well shut every front door… Jason sends me a mock up almost instantly, it’s incredible, it looks like I’ve taken the photo, decision instantly made. This Mock Up service sets them apart, you can see your vision in an instant. Jason is super helpful, super kind and nothing too much trouble, a lovely human with a great sense of fun, well done Bobbi Beck. After ordering, next day, Jason calls, the guys doing my order want to check if one piece would be better for my project, when I call back, I hear, “Hi Anna” from Jason …. The service is seamless as is my beautiful one piece, that will be adorning my wall very soon, thank you. 👏
I appreciated the fact that i was able to select samples with no additional cost as i had a good few murals i couldn't decide from. After viewing the samples i was able to make a decision and the mural was exactly as the image and of high quality. Thankyou
Great experience with Bobbi Beck. We'd spent some time searching for a mural for our bedroom and we're delighted with our choice .The paper quality and image are superb . Our paper arrived speedily and meticulously wrapped and packaged.
What an amazing 1:1 service. We ordered some samples then got a check in email to ask if they had arrived safely and if we had any questions. We placed an order and again got an email to check we had received the order and if we needed any advice on hanging. The paper was amazing quality and cannot fault the personal touch that you don’t get from a larger retailer or supplier. Very personable.
I used the online estimator, and I was advised that I would need 2 rolls to complete the area needed; however, when the paper was being hung, we were short due to the pattern. Something that is not clear on the website. Or perhaps they should remove the estimator from wallpapers with patterns on them, as they are redundant. I can see others have also had this exact issue. This meant we had to order another roll, wait 2 weeks for it to arrive and pay for a tradesman to come back to fit in. It was then noticed that the colour of the additional roll does not match the rest, which I find unacceptable, considering the amount of money this costs. Overall, the costs spent on this wall were over £700, only for the colour to be mismatched and was only offered £16.50 as a "goodwill gesture". Not acceptable in my opinion. I won't be using this company again.
I am finishing a major renovation that included a powder room. I wanted something interesting in a wallpaper and was pleased to find Bobbi Beck’s “Maxi” pattern. After several back and forth communications, the paper arrived. It really is gorgeous. A show stopper. There was a problem at the end - the wallpaper hanger did not do a great job of matching the last bits. I sent a photo to Bobbi Beck and was able to order a patch to fix this last bit. It arrived within a few days.Communication was easy, with quick responses whenever possible, considering the time zone differences. Sadly, I don’t have any more walls that need papering, because there are so many beautiful patterns.
I ordered a mural, the customer service was great, fast communication and very helpful. The quality of the paper is amazing, great to hang, easy to understand the order or pieces. Looks absolutely amazing, my son loves it and I am now browsing the website for my next purchase. Fantastic find
