“Excellent Condition”

The watch arrived in a timely manner, but there were several scratches on the clasp. The watch was advertised as “excellent”. The scratches appear to more than normal wear and tear.

Nothing like a refined and elegant experience.

We had a disappointing experience during our recent visit. The salesperson who assisted us had minimal knowledge about the Rolex we purchased or other models we inquired about. In addition, they lacked professional training and didn't present themselves in a professional manner (wrinkled shirt, tennis shoes). Moreover, their lack of punctuality was quite noticeable.Furthermore, another customer with a scheduled appointment was left waiting for over 25 minutes before they eventually left. Witnessing this lack of consideration for other patrons' time was disappointing.We're currently in the market for another Rolex, and I'm willing to pay an increased price to buy from another source.

Great place to buy preowned watches

An Excellent Experience

An Excellent Experience - Five Stars! I will admit, I was a bit nervous purchasing a Rolex (Day/Date Presidential White Gold) online - but I had a fantastic experience with Bob's Watches. Excellent communication. Fantastic selection of watches. A very smooth purchase and delivery experience. Kayla (the representative who assisted me with the purchase) was excellent and provided great communication and customer service. I love my watch and although this was my FIRST time shopping at Bob's Watches - you can be sure it won't be my last. Highly recommend!

Excellent first time (but not last time!) buying experience

I had a terrific first time (but not last time!) buying experience with Bob’s. The Tudor watch was described as “Excellent“, but I would describe it as like new. It was flawless. They were kind enough to size it to my wrist, and the next day delivery was right on time. Everything about the transaction was superb.
