Trade-In Issue

Purchased a beautiful GMT Rootbeer and paid a fair gray market price. However, the trade-in amount on my Milgauss was subpar. I was provided a sight unseen estimate via email, which was low but since I had become so excited about the new purchase I agreed to send my Migauss in for an official offer as a trade for the Rootbeer. The next day, I received a phone call and was told that my watch needed a new crystal and conditioning and could only be done by Rolex...and she went on to say than the final offer was $1500 less than the estimated offer. Because I did not want to go thru the process of having my watch shipped back to me and the fact that I was so excited about the new GMT...I accepted the offer. In sum, I don't feel like there was a fair negotiation and there was a bit of bait-and-switch on the trade in. But I love the new GMT.

Rolex order

Organized website, easy pay features, received the Rolex watch earlier than expected. One thing that would have made it 5vstar would have been to advise needing copy of DL or passport and signature on form at checkout. Other than that the piece was exactly as displayed.

I bought my dream watch from Bobs. It was my first ever watch purchase and let me tell you, I’m soooo incredibly pleased. My watch is actually perfect! Exactly how it was pictured and described. It’s timeless. I bought it around 5pm and it was shipped to my home overnight. I’m so pleased with how everything went… Ive been stalking the website for months and watches seem to go fast. When I saw mine I knew I had to jump on it and I’m so glad I did. 10/10!
