Laura was patient with me and answered all of my questions. There was absolutely no delay between payment and overnight shipment. Watch was accurately described and I would gladly purchase from them again without reservations. It is worth noting that they size their watches for a 7 1/2 wrist size but they will resize. If you resize down, be sure to ask for the removed links/screws.
If you are in the market for a luxury watch, I cannot recommend Bob's Watches enough. As a repeat customer, I couldn't be happier with this most recent purchase and especially Shane's excellent customer service. I had a very tight delivery requirement and Shane bent over backwards to ensure my new watch would make it quickly, and on time!The watch itself was in like-new condition and looked even better than described and shown in the pictures on-line, so that was a nice added surprise!Thanks Bob's Watches and Shane for this great watch and buying experience, again! Hope this won’t be too long, but I have to say that Bob’s is the best!! Shane especially He jumped through all kinds of hoops for me and I’ll be eternally grateful for him going over and above to replace the watch I had in the 90’s. Probably my best experience I ever had while purchasing a high end item and what made it more amazing was it was on line. They did every thing securely and easy for me. I closed my deal on a Wednesday at 5;00 eastern standard time and received my watch the next morning at 10:30 am. That is incredible especially in today. The watch is amazingly beautiful and perfect . Exceeds all my expectations. Clark is the best . He explained every thing to me as I had a lot of questions. Bottom line use this company ! they are very trust worthy , honest and very easy to deal with.Thank you so much!
While initially we started out a bit rocky, your Ms Meghan Marsala took over and made sure I had the correct watch, made sure the bracelet fit perfectly and all in a timely manner. I feel this won’t be the last time I will deal with Bob’s.
I was thinking about trading my Rolex datejust ref 16014 for a Omega Aqua Tierra. The Omega was listed at $3900. They were offering the same for my watch. They gave me a quote of $3700 plus $200 more since I was doing a trade. But then the whole deal started to fall apart like a house of cards. Wesley the guy that was helping me, said that there was a possibility that the watch might need to be serviced at a cost of $500. I called him back and told him that any service costs were his responsibility. I felt that the low ball offer of $3700 took into account the service costs if any, and to deduct $500 from the price that I would get for my watch was like asking me to pay to service the watch twice. Wesley was very rude when I brought it up. He would not listen to my comments and hung up on me after canceling the order. I tried to call him back but he kept hanging up on me. Don't sell your watch to this company, they give you low ball offers and try to screw you again with service costs that should be accounted for with the low price that they will pay you for your watch. I would not buy or sell a watch to this company.
This is the second watch I have purchased from Bob’s in 10 months. The first watch was a gift for our graduating senior last May. It was a calendar year 2000 Rolex. She was born in the year 2000 and graduated from college so the gift was perfect. It was absolutely beautiful and she cried when she saw it. I just purchased a second Rolex, a 2006 calendar year watch. It’s absolutely stunning and has never been worn. It arrived with the original box and all of the original paperwork. We love them both and a third watch will be in our future for sure. Bob’s has a great selection, fair pricing, 24 hour delivery and excellent and accurate descriptions. I recommend them to everyone who asks about the watches.
I have purchased from Bob’s previously and was extremely satisfied with product and service. So, I bought a Longines watch for a dear friend of mine. It was exactly as described, delivered very promptly, and proved to be what I wanted.The proof of correctness of my choice will come when I give her this special gift. I will have a follow up review.
