Couldn't be happier with the trade-in of my wife's Rolex and the purchase of a like-new Cartier Tank watch that Bob's had just listed. We greatly appreciated the honest and fantastic service from Harrison, each step of the way. This was a first for us and we didn't know what to expect. The Cartier we purchased was exactly as advertised and my wife is thrilled. The turnaround time for the transaction was incredibly fast with overnight shipping. Based our our experience we wouldn't hesitate to do business again or to recommend Bob's to family and friends.
Everything was as expected. The conversations and discussions I had with the sales person were very good and he described the watch accurately. He answered all my questions. The watch arrived in very good condition and I was pleased. Bob’s watches did everything that I expected.
I have to admit; I am a little biased about watches and have worn Tissot watches for a long time now. The Tissot I have just purchased from Bob’s is especially pleasing to the eye and a mechanical masterpiece. There are other, very nice watches out there but, for me, the Tissot is just perfect. The transactions I have had with Bob’s Watches are exemplary. Very professional and accommodating. My watch arrived quickly and was properly packaged. Great service. I will be coming back to Bob’s Watches.
Very easy to do business with Bob's Watches. Order was processed and delivered the next day.The only issue was the processing of the wire transfer and the fraud department of my bank. (They cancelled the first attempt). But that's not on Bob's Watches.
Legitimate seller of certified Rolex watches through the internet. You may find a cheaper price for a particular watch but with this site you are paying a little extra for great reputation, large inventory, ease of doing business and simple honesty. Love my new Rolex.
I recently purchased a new Rolex Rose Gold GMT-2 Root Beer and was looking to sell my Rolex Two-Tone GMT-2 Root Beer and my Rolex Day Date President. I had them listed on one of the large, well-known websites and when I began to get a barrage of lowball offers on one of the two watches, all coming from the same state, I grew concerned that I was being targeted by scammers. At that point, I began looking for an alternative place to sell and came across Bob’s Watches. I researched Bob’s on various websites, including the BBB and Trust Pilot. I read reviews from many happy customers and saw that Bob’s addressed and sought to resolve the issues that were raised by a few others.I provided them with the pedigrees and photos of both watches and within a day I received very fair offers. They sent me a prepaid overnight shipping label and proof of insurance and off my watches went to their California office. They confirmed receipt of the watches the next morning. By the end of that day, they had evaluated the watches and called to explain to me what they found. Both watches needed to be professionally polished and one of them had a chip in its crystal and it needed to be replaced. The deductions for those things were very reasonable and I told them we had a deal.I chose to receive payment by mail and their check arrived within 4 business days, which is the normal time for mail delivery from California to where I live. It was a pleasure doing business with Bob’s Watches. I would not hesitate to do so again should the need arise.
Was waiting for a DJ41 for months with an AD by me and thought I would see if I could go elsewhere. Bob’s delivered! Great communication, quick service - from first visit to watch in hand was Friday to Tuesday. Great piece - very happy. 👍🏻
