I made a worldide shipping order and my parcel is blocked in Stockholm. The company does not answer at all... ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. The quality of the products is terrible and do not match the website. I received my product today and so disappointed I saved my hard earned money for it. On top of that I had to pay an extra £60 custom charge which the company refused to help with. Wish I had read the reviews.

DIRTY & DAMAGED ORDER

I received my order and it was incredibly poor quality and damaged. It is covered in dirt, threads hanging off all over, pulled threads and the wings that are appliquéd on the back of the kimono are loose. It is very poor quality and cheap material - yet I paid £109 plus shipping! I got one response saying I’m entitled to an exchange or store credit, but given that the item is faulty and dirty I should be entitled to a refund! What use is store credit when the items are clearly not as advertised and NOT worth anywhere near what they charge for them.I’ve sent photographs of the damage and am yet to receive a reply. I will not let this drop as it’s a considerable amount of money to lose.

Paid 230 euro for a 22 euro Alibaba dress

Bought a dress for 230 euro. Found it on Alibaba later for 22 euro. It was of very low quality and the sequins fell off first night. Gave it to Born in Stockholm to look into it. They texted me after 3 weeks they did not repair dress but I could get sequins and glue it back myself 😂 I paid 230 euro for no service or anything. Next time I will buy all their things from Alibaba.

AVOID !!!

AVOID !!!! Avoid this company, terrible service, products are poor and they charge £200 for clothing that you can buy elsewhere for £30. Do not buy from this company, they are overpricing things so much and do not offer support when they have been found out. I’llNever purchase anything from them again.

Damaged dress,poor communication

The dress arrived in plastic bag and it is very frigile dress,the sequins just was glued and of course it didn't survive intentionall shipping and arrived badly damaged with many of sequins fallen off. Costumer services said it never happened before that dress arrived damaged😄Really?look at all those bad rewies!You should at least use shipping box.Poor communication, no return shipping label,no refund. Had to open claim with my bank..

Quality isn’t so good but service is good

I would suggest visiting the store instead of ordering online. I ordered online the Serena sequin suit. When I received it I noticed that the print on the sides dont align and the seam stitching is loose. Customer service is nice and fast, but they awnsered that these are hand made and that it wont be so visible. So they suggested me to return it and i could pick ones of they send pictures of which is nice gesture.

Complete and utter scam

Complete and utter scam - have started my report with local authorities against this companyI am willing to bet that the people who have put 5 stars were paid to do so by this company because it is an absolute scam that I hope no one else falls for.I paid upward of $300 and when I ordered I spoke to a lady via their online chat who assured me that they would refund if I was unhappy with the item.When the dress arrived, I was shocked to say the least. For something that is so expensive, the sequins weren't even sewn on. The hem line wasn't even overlocked!!!I returned the item and requested a full refund and they only gave me store credit which is thievery! I will not be supporting the brand ever again so why would I want store credit.

Terrible service

Terrible service, no one responds, if you live in another country don't even dare to buy this clothes, there is no service custom and they deliver part of the order to you. overpriced clothes of dubious quality. the return policy is unsustainable so be sure to read before being enchanted by the photos on the sites. The piece in hand does not appear to be as luxurious as the uploaded photos and you can find similar or better quality at shei* for a much more affordable price. Anyway, I would never recommend this company. I made my purchase on January 25th, I received the first part of the order after 14 days and the second part, which they promised to arrive in 7 days, never arrived. I've been waiting for over a month because today is February 29th and I haven't even received a response from the only email they left available for communication. Don't buy, don't have the same bad experience I had, I feel robbed and robbed of dollars.

No refunds

Ordered mid October, spoke to company before they said they would refund explained in London. On the 8th of November they said they had received my package, on the 2nd of November they said they would refund my money. This still hadn’t happened. They are ignoring all communication and emailDoesn’t work bounced back and they keep staring the conversation again each time. If they don’t give a refund soon I will report them 7:07
