Very Poor Quality

I purchased a maxi dress for 343 EURO and what I received looked nothing like the website photos.The color was a off grey instead of transparent mesh and the glitter was falling off immediately as I took the garment out of the packet and covered my house.It was very cheaply made, the material didn't fall at all in the way as advertised. Overall very disappointing,

Unexpected Customs Charge

I recently purchased a dress for £189 and was shocked to receive a Royal Mail card telling me I had to pay an additional £60 customs charge. When I placed the order, I checked the website carefully and there was no mention anywhere of extra fees for delivery to the UK.This unexpected charge has made the dress far more expensive than I anticipated. To make matters worse, I’ve emailed the company multiple times and have yet to receive any response—and there’s no phone number to call, so you can’t actually speak to anyone.Unfortunately, I won’t be buying from them again. Just wanted to share my experience as a warning—buyer beware!

Dropshipping at obscene prices

I was SO excited about my dress!! Unfortunately I had to wait 4 weeks for it as it was "made to order". It is stated on website, albeit not very clearly.Anyways, 4 weeks go by and I excitedly receive my package only to realize that it's - drop shipping. It's exactly the same as lower priced competitors - Born In Stockholm just take better pics.Sequins fall off - they're not even sewed on. They're GLUED on.Backside has way less sequins - it's mostly just fabric. If you zoom in on the images, you can tell.Bottom line - was so so excited!! Got MASSIVELY disappointed. Honestly such a scam to charge 300 euro for this quality & service. STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered a dress for my hen party…

I ordered a dress for my hen party recently and didn’t realise the dress was on back order, so I had paid for it and then realised it might not come in time. I reached out to them via their chat function and they were SUPER helpful, within a day they rushed through my order to make sure it would finish being made in time and they booked it in for express delivery (which I hadn’t paid for). My hen is this weekend and it arrived 4 days before and I love it, originally it wasn’t meant to arrive in time at all. Couldn’t be more impressed with their customer service ❤️

If there was a zero star option I would…

If there was a zero star option I would press that! I ordered the raquel mirror dress at a cost of £167 . I was charged a further £58 for customs before it could be delivered. I have just received it , it’s disgusting, lots of the mirrors are missing, it’s chap nasty fabric, not at all shaping like stated in the description. The packaging was terrible, it was just shoved into a plastic bag . It will literally drop to bits after one wear ! I have had better items from SHEIN at £20 ! I have also ordered the boots , they have not arrived yet but I’m not hopeful. You can not return for a full refund, only offer credits, as if I would want to replace with another item from this scam of a company. I shall be taking this further!!! AVOID GIRLS !

I purchased some items from Bourne in…

I purchased some items from Bourne in Stockholm in the amount of over $600 I only received one item out of eight things I ordered. This order was placed on April 2 and it is now the end of June. I contacted them. They sent me the tracking and the package has been stuck somewhere since the middle of May they refuse to help and keep saying that I have to contact the shipping company however, the shipping company says that the sender needs to contact them. I am very disappointed. Do not order from this company. Very bad customer service.

Dont order! Dropship from Ali express

Dont order!! They dropship from Ali express for over 3x the price!! And if you want your order to be canceled they dont do that you have to send it back at your OWN cost!! So sad i spend so much money en did not look at this review site sooner. (Echt niet doen dames!! Zonde van je geld) ik moet het eerst nog zien terug te krijgen.

Possibly the worst online purchasing…

Possibly the worst online purchasing experience ever - ordered a jumpsuit for an event, had 7 - 10 days delivery stated, emails bounced & online chat went unanswered regarding delivery. I sent repeated messages requesting the order be cancelled as the event had passed - no response until a note that it had been dispatched whereupon they answered that I could return via the usual method (I pay for return courier & import tax will be deducted, making it unviable, which I believe they know).Eventually materialised in the UK over a month later & £75 tax to pay to HMRC for import tax to be delivered.This may not be a scam site but their business practices are dubious. Avoid.
