The absolute worst company if you could call it that I have ever dealt with if you can even call it that! I was never sent my items. I was never sent order numbers. I was never sent emails. I begged pleaded every single day and they never got back to me and never sent me my items and never refunded my money. They are terrible. They will scam you and steal your money. I promise you I am not lying. They are horrible people. I am warning you not to buy from these people maybe these great reviews or if you go to the store there? But if you order online, it’s complete scam. They don’t return. I even tried to call Sweden from America. I begged and begged these people to call me to this day. I am and this is from December 20, 2024. The worst company I’ve ever dealt with they should be shut down immediately from doing business online they stole my money.
Ordered a jumpsuit, loved it, wore it for the first time for an event and as soon as I got there realized the zipper was detached and an embarrassing hole was emerging in the back. This stuff happens but when I emailed them about it, they simply responded that a tailor can fix it. Pretty disappointing given the cost of clothing
Whenever I purchased clothes from this website, they didn’t send me half of my stuff because they said it’s on back order but it didn’t write that anywhere whenever I purchased. I tried to communicate with them through Shop Pay and they blocked me on the chat because I wanted to return the item since it did not arrive on time. I sent multiple emails and nobody has gotten back to me since I have paid over $100 to send the clothes that I did receive back to Sweden so I can get my refund. Be very cautious when ordering
Order a mirrored jumpsuit that cost $260. Wore it once for less than 3 hrs and 70% of the sequins either came off or the mirrored part peeled off of the sequin. This garment is absolute junk! I had to email customer service multiple times and it took them weeks to respond. Then they offered to send me more sequins and told me to use a hot glue gun. But the sequins themselves are pealing. Replacing them will do nothing and for $260 I shouldn’t have to remake the entire garment after 3hrs of having it on. They will not let me return it for a returns and won’t give me a partial refund for it falling apart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
I ordered a mirror jumpsuit and it fell apart before I even put it on. Everything was hot glued together and it lost 10-15 sequins in the mail and another 40-50 when I put 1 leg in. I could have easily ordered a cheap spandex onsie from Amazon and hot glued mirrors on it for a fraction of the cost. AND their return policy in the USA won’t provide a refund and return shipping is over $80! DO NOT waste your money.
I purchased the Eloa Rhinestone jumpsuit from Born in Stockholm & couldn’t have been happier! The shipping was prompt, the outfit was as pictured, it was comfortable & well made. I received countless compliments on it at the music event I went to & it stood up to a night of dancing! Would absolutely purchase from them again!
