Absolutely awful quality. My friend and I ordered 4 garments between the two of us- spent over $800, and when they finally arrived (a week late) we were stunned by the quality. Everything was glued on and falling apart. They refused our request for a refund, giving us store credit even though there isn’t a single thing I would order again.
I got a Lovela feather jacket with sequins in OS and I am a XL, +0 or +1 and it fit EPICALLY, I often have issues with jackets being tight in the top but this still will fit most people just right. I am soooo in love it, it's sooo nice and well made. I am very pleased. It arrived in 10-days, which surprised me as I give most places several weeks to a month depending on shipping location for delivery. It came in appropriate packaging as well.
Ok . I sometimes like to write reviews for restaurants but I don’t even think I’ve written a review for an item of clothing . But I just had to . I am heading to Ibiza in a few days and I will be going to a lot of parties … I fell in love with the Eloa festival rhinestone jumpsuit . It was exactly what I was looking for . Now I read the reviews and some of them weren’t great BUT I also read the other reviews which WERE great and I thought I’m going to trust my instinct and not take the lead from a few negative reviews and go ahead and purchase this item of clothing . As a prior business owner I know how difficult it can be to get a negative review whilst feeling it’s deeply deeply unfair . So I bought the item , paid for express delivery . Guess what ? , it came in the time frame that it said it would come . It comes very carefully packaged and in a lovely tote bag . It is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous ! And it is not cheap BECAUSE of the quality .. it’s clearly handmade ( as in each gemstone and crystal glue on individually and extremely secure !) and it is so so so comfortable . I have had so many incredible compliments and I will also be wearing it this year for several festivals . Also just to mention I communicated with Rebecka who was beyond helpful when I sent an email re delivery , she got back to me straight away and was delightful to deal with . Honestly , I am so HAPPY with this jumpsuit ! Do not think twice !
I spent 200 plus shipping (and was later liable for £67 customs after the parcel was delivered. The dress was not lined, had no edging on the garment and was the poorest quality material and finish. The shells were stuck on with glue and the strap at the top of the neck had a plastic popper and again no stitching round the edge of the material. I am shocked at how the items are presented in pictures. The dress fitted me but it was the poorest quality and very expensive. It had a cheap label sewn on the back and came in a polythene package. Luxury is the furthest away description possible. These items would be ideal if being sold for £20 but do not spend £200 on this without expecting to have your mouth open in disappointment.
Everything is wrong with this company. They do not hand made their items, please use other websites for better quality and better priced items. These are Chinese sizes and not true to size. The expensive order will arrive in a cheap clear plastic wrap around it. Everything about this company is a scam and all their items are on Chinese websites for significantly cheaper. Avoid and educate yourself on good brands
