clock,limits purchasing.

Easy to order,item arrived on time.My only concern is the clock.I appreciate the stock might be a fixed amount and wishing to be fair to your customers you have to put a limit on how many are in baskets,but 15 mins,isn't long when you are browsing the site.I feel pressurised into buying single items to beat the clock when given more time I would purchase more.

I had ordered the coat the weekend that…

I had ordered the coat the weekend that there was a code for an additional 20percent off. Unfortunately I had forgotten to put the code in but emailed within a very short period of time to advise of such and ask for consideration that the additional discount be refunded. I just appeared to get an automated reply on a number of occasions rather than a proper reply. I find this dissatisfying
