Poor Quality golf shoes

Purchased golf shoes and questioned brantano about the quantity due to insole on one shoe sitting uneven asked if they were seconds Was assured they were not seconds But after only 13 months one and only one shoe as cracking and flaking and to be honest look like a pair of shoes 4 years old I sent pictures of the shoes with a complaint but were told this is wear and tear ( ha ha ) looks like I was wearing one shoe more than the other for only one shoe to wear so muchWill not be going anywhere near brantano again Lesson learned for me and hope this review helps all you golfer out there

Inaccurate size Guide

Received prompt action when I contacted them regarding a pair of boots. I had checked with the size guide on the website for my correct size only to find on receiving them , the UK size did not match the EU size and was a whole size smaller. I contacted them and pointed out as I was not at fault, the return postage should be refunded. After verifying the size on the boot, I was immediately sent a pre-paid return label with apologies. Impressed with their response.My only criticism is as they do not do exchanges, I will have to wait for my refund before ordering the correct size replacement.

There are still companies that cheat customers, now Brantano saw that it works, they started cheating and taking money from customers.I didn't even choose the number of shoes right away, they put it in my cart and took my payment without giving me any details from my account.Be careful, good people, don't buy from this company at all, don't even try.The best company to cheat people, 100% guaranteed

Feel ripped off by postage policy

Ordered a pair of trainers that were meant to be six. They were at least 1 size larger than described. I don’t appreciate being ripped off twice with postage for an item that was incorrectly described

I received a pair of Josef Seibel boots…

I received a pair of Josef Seibel boots which had a faulty zip, caused by the manufacturing process. The Team at Brantano dealt with my issue very quickly, resolving it and refunding me within a day. They were very friendly and professional. Am definitely going to buy from them again.
