Ordered some hush puppies and a pair of toms lace ones, the hush puppies fitted great, but unfortunately the lace toms came up very small I’m only a size 4, I’ve sent those back, overall good experience, sizing can be a bit tricky
Ordered a pair of crocs from this company, arrived with a massive line(mark) on then that cannot be removed. Don’t want to mess about sending them back just won’t order again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone what so ever. Next time use a box to send parcels rather than a thin bit of sheets.
Had an issue with a pair of Muck Boots I purchased, which were delivered on the 2nd December 2024, after wearing a few times I found they were not waterproof and my feet were soaking wet! I contacted Brantano on Sunday and by Wednesday they agreed there was a manufacturing fault with the item and would be issuing a full refund. I know under the Sale of Goods act an item should be 'fit for purpose' and I was entitled to a refund but some companies would delay this and try as hard as they could to refute the problem, thankfully Brantano was not one of them.Admittedly I am disappointed my boots are faulty and now have to search for some more to ensure I have dry, warm feet on my dog walks but at least I have the funds available to do so.
Do not use, different size shoes and a lot of effort to resolve, the process for resolution will involve a lot of effort on your part even though shoes were 2 inches different, apparently that's normal and customer service do not see why a paid postage label should be provided for refund
Despite the bad reviews this was the only place selling the certain trainers my son had his eye on and at a great price so I decided to take a chance. So glad I did because the delivery was fast and the trainers were of great friends quality. Very happy !! Thankyou
I ordered sandals, arrived in reasonable time, tried them on in my carpeted bedroom, they were too wide so immediately put them back in the box and returned them within a day or two. Had an email today with photograph of the sandals showing dirty soles and I was told they could not accept the return as the sandals had been worn and they refused to refund my money. If the soles were like that then that is how they came to me as I never wore them, the phone number when I rang it came up as unrecognised, very odd. How do I know the image is of the shoes I sent back? This is all a bit strange to me, I feel cheated as I know I never wore the sandals outside my bedroom, I will never buy from Brantano again!
