We have had one problem where the red light was on no internet they sent some one out the same day and it was fixed the same day best internet service around our contract is up in August and I will be renewing with out a doubt keep up the good work guys 👌👌👌

I recently upgraded from BetterNet 1000 to BetterNet 2000 and contacted Nhlanhla Motsanye at Brsk to ask about upgrading to a router with 2.5 GbE LAN ports.

Nhlanhla handled everything quickly and professionally through a polite and efficient email exchange. The new router is due to arrive within the next five days, and the whole process has been smooth from start to finish.

Great service overall — very impressed with the support and responsiveness.

The team arrived on time on a miserable November morning and took a couple of hours doing the installation having to negotiate an old cottage with very thick walls. They were very professional and kept me informed throughout. They were careful inside the house wearing covers over their workboots so has not to soil the carpet. Overall i'm happy with the installation and the speed is great compared to talk talk who i had previously

Marc was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped sort the issue. He checked out the internet and ensured that everything was working as it should, explaining the the speeds can vary from device. Since then we are getting much faster speeds.

They told me that Bhav was very professional, asked the kids ages, very considerate, friendly. They did the job in less than an hour, and left no mess.
