Made the fatal mistake of accidentally cancelling my direct debit but got in touch with the 'brsk' team and quickly sorted out ... online account setup and a new mandate sorted in super quick time ... what amazingly talented and efficient team ... as efficient as a bartender who’s already sliding your drink across the bar before you’ve even sat down!
We had a issue with our service when the Internet speed was massively lagging. Customer service sent Marc the engineer out to us he literally solved it within seconds. Turns out we had a faulty router. We were called by Marc 15 mins before visit which was great. Mark answered all our questions throughout. Fantastic service and a great guy. Back to gaming at 1000mbps. HAPPY DAYS.

Kamohelo Malope emailed me and sorted it out quickly. To be honest everyone I have had dealings with from Brsk have been very polite and helpful, from installation to setting up and today.
My initial contact with brsk was a knock on the door from Sam. He was polite, friendly and professional and answered all my questions. That was Tuesday evening and the instal was arranged for the Friday afternoon. Ryan M from the installation team kept in touch by text and turned up on schedule. Both Ryan M and MarkR did a great installation, explaining what they would be doing first and carrying out a really neat and tidy job. The transfer for broadband and landline was seamless and has halved my monthly bill. Thanks brsk :)
Recently had BRSK install their fibre connection to our home in Ashton. Zak the engineer was outstanding. Really friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. Did a really tidy job on the install, hiding the wires to near invisibility and cleaned up any mess he made too. Cant praise his work enough and hope the rest of my BRSK experience matches his high standards
I had to ring twice today because I was unable to connect our Smart TV to the internet. The first guy told me various things to try (most of which I had already tried before ringing), then said there was no more he could do, and I should contact the manufacturers of the TV! I consulted the TV manual to ensure I had followed all the TV instructions. As I had, I phoned BRSK* again. This time my call was answered by JACQUALINE OTTO. As soon as I explained my issue, Jacqualine spotted that for some reason our ‘legacy 2.4ghz’ was turned off. She turned it on, and the connection was made! Thank you Jaqualine- perhaps you could train some of your colleagues!!
Had issues with BRSK broadband, but eventually all sorted out. Praise to Veronique from complaints dept and Sam and Aflek who carried out remedial work efficiently and courteously . They listened to my issues and sorted them out, cannot ask for more.
What a great experience joining BRSK booked a date and had a message from Cherie giving me an option to have it earlier which I took came same day didn’t get the installers name but he explained everything where I wanted the router and did a fantastic job installing it my only negative thing is the first payment went out twice so contacted BRSK and got it sorted straight away.
I bumped into a BRSK colleague at wythenshawe Civic Centre, ive been wanting it installed for 2 years, due to a mistake our Avenue didn't get service, until very recently, the rep in question was called Michael O' Donnell, he sorted me out a fantastic deal, and really appreciated his honesty, a big thank you,Michael,
