Ongoing issue with my internet service, which has persisted since August 2025.

Despite nine engineer visits to date, the problem of intermittent connectivity has not been resolved. For several months, the service has been unreliable, with no internet connection for large portions of the day on an almost daily basis. This has significantly impacted my ability to work from home.

Given the prolonged failure to provide a stable service, I have repeatedly requested to be released from my contract on the basis that Brsk has not fulfilled its contractual obligations. These requests were consistently declined, with no acceptance of responsibility for the ongoing service failure.

Three weeks ago, I was informed that the early termination fees would be waived. However, since then I have received no confirmation or follow-up, despite making multiple calls to your customer service team. At the same time, the service issues continue unresolved.

I find this situation completely unacceptable. Customer support has been limited to basic troubleshooting, which is clearly insufficient for a long-standing and unresolved fault of this nature.

I am requesting that my contract will be terminated without penalty, allowing me to seek a reliable internet service from an alternative provider.

So I had a call with Amy Ndlovu and the customer service was absolutely fantastic. Ive spoken to alot of customer service and she has to be the best ive spoken to. Everything was resolved swiftly. 20/10 customer service.

Came to renewing with Virgin who I’ve used since moving in 3 yrs ago. Prices keep rising & the service keeps getting worse. I’m always anxious to change provider due to so many unreliable companies & past experiences.

However I decided to take a chance when I came across Brsk on a comparison site. I come straight to trust pilot as I’d never heard of them, but I could see the great reviews & decided to go for it.

The engineer Damion, was down to earth, went above & beyond to explain everything thoroughly. Cracked on with the job & left no mess! (Bonus).
It’s cheaper, quicker & already smooth sailing. Glad I made the switch🙌🏼

Transitioning to New Broadband Service

We transitioned to a new broadband service today, and while the router connected to all devices without any issues, I faced difficulties logging into the admin site to manage my account. Through the ‘Welcome Email,’ I submitted a ‘Support Ticket.’ It would have been beneficial to receive more detailed confirmation beyond just “one of our team will contact you.” When? How? However, a representative called me a few hours later. She was incredibly helpful and patient. It took an hour to resolve the issue, but we succeeded in the end! Thank you for your assistance. It seems there is a need for improvements in the admin site’s interface on tablets, as it is not very clear at the moment. The representative was also discovering the differences in graphics between a tablet and a laptop!
