I have been with the company for over a year and have experienced no issues whatsoever. Billing and connections have been seamless. The only time I faced a challenge was when I moved my router. The support team addressed the issue promptly. It turned out that I had simply not connected the ethernet cable to the right port. I appreciate the quick assistance from the representatives. I would highly recommend this service. I've tried to convince family and friends to switch, but have not been successful. It feels like they are missing out on what this service has to offer.

When I reached out to customer support, I was directed to use the app, which hasn't helped at all. Overall, it's been a poor experience over the past four days.
