A Year of Excellent Service with No Problems

I have been with the company for over a year and have experienced no issues whatsoever. Billing and connections have been seamless. The only time I faced a challenge was when I moved my router. The support team addressed the issue promptly. It turned out that I had simply not connected the ethernet cable to the right port. I appreciate the quick assistance from the representatives. I would highly recommend this service. I've tried to convince family and friends to switch, but have not been successful. It feels like they are missing out on what this service has to offer.

Disappointing experience with service and performance

The lack of communication from the engineers, combined with the disappointing internet performance, has been frustrating. The fastest downloads I've experienced are only 222.25 Mbps. When I reached out to customer support, I was directed to use the app, which hasn't helped at all. Overall, it's been a poor experience over the past four days.

Internet installation went smoothly, but still awaiting TV box.

I had my internet set up on the 9th, and everything went well. However, I'm still waiting for the upgraded TV box. There's been no communication or emails regarding the delay, which is disappointing. When I called the support team, they just offered a vague apology. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but I can't seem to get a proper representative. It's frustrating to see them still advertising the upgraded TV boxes that they don't have in stock!
