The installation process went well, but unfortunately, that's the only positive aspect I've experienced so far. The signal strength throughout the house is weak compared to my previous provider, which had the router in the same location. I was informed that I could run this service alongside my existing contract, but the previous provider was instructed to terminate my service without my consent, resulting in an early termination fee. I've submitted several tickets regarding the poor signal and inconsistent Internet speeds, yet no one has responded. I've never encountered these issues with other providers and never had buffering problems, even with a 100mb plan from another provider, so I didn't expect to experience buffering at 900mb.
Waseem is outstanding. From beginning to end, he was the only representative from the company who truly understood the situation and made genuine efforts to solve the issue. I was considering leaving the service, but thanks to Waseem, I’ve decided to stay.
The technician who came to install our WiFi today was fantastic. He guided us through every step and explained the advantages of our new setup. I have been with the company for almost two years and have received outstanding service. The static IPv6 /48 delegation functions flawlessly, and the speeds are among the best in my opinion. I wanted to upgrade my service, and the representative took my request and called me. I had some questions, and she promised to call me back with the answers. True to her word, I received a follow-up call with a perfect resolution - while it's something one might expect, it’s always nice when things go smoothly :-).
The speeds are fine, but the service is worse than my previous provider. I switched to this company and have experienced several outages, yet the support team refused to discuss any compensation. Additionally, my current package is half-priced, and a better option is still cheaper than what I'm paying for my current plan. I feel quite misled, especially since I just joined this year. I would only suggest this provider to those with no other options for decent speed in the area. I doubt they will address this review, but I will provide an update if they do.
