Really bad customer service and company! Wanted to order a new Fox 5 renew but they won't allow you get the sign up 10% bonus due to a promotion of a free Baby Rocker chair which I do not want. I asked if could remove that from the order and apply the discount instead as that is more needed. But they declined this. They also sending me the wrong T&C on this sign up bonus. Now I need to wait until their promotion ends to be able to use the discount, which they do not know when.
Order was easy and delivery was quick. I have some reservations about how much space the giraffe baby gift set allows for the baby’s thighs. We didn’t find it easy for the baby to be placed on or come out easily. Otherwise the high chair is quite good. Sturdy and easy to set up.
As always bugaboo never fail to deliver high quality items on time. Actually had an issue with my deliver being accidentally delivered to the wrong address and within a couple of hours, the driver had returned with my buggy! Fantastic customer service
We upgraded our stroller for a recent trip abroad. The bugaboo butterfly made it so much easier for travelling. I love the fact that I attached the car seat to the stroller and took them both to the aeroplane. The UV protected hood was really helpful and my baby found it very comfy. In fact he fell asleep no problem in the stroller every night on holiday and I had to transfer him to the travel cot when asleep. The only downside I can see so far is I wish the basket underneath was deeper.
Quickish delivery. I did question if my Butterfly was a refurb as it arrived with scrapes on the front. They told me it was not and sent me a lovely organiser as compensation. I had also bought the cup holder. What an absolute waste of money!! Falls off when folding the Butterfly. Falls off when it hits off the smallest thing ie my 2 year old walking past it. Really useless and so disappointing. It’s as wonky as the pram itself. I feel like I’m constantly holding it up more on one side and it’s as if the alignment is off. Really really wish I’d of sent this back 1 due to the marks and 2 as the new model came out the next day. I don’t think I’d buy a Bugaboo again to be honest. Beautiful products but I do feel there has to be better out there as from walking down 1 street I feel like I’ve done my arm and shoulder in from pushing the Butterfly. Customer service was great about the marks but more fool me, I should have returned. I definitely think I was sent a refurb with a crap cup holder
I placed an order on the website on 14.05 , on suncanopy konges&slojd, the order was sent , the courier for some reason did not make a delivery to me, I immediately wrote to bugaboo support, to which I received a reply that my order would be returned back to bugaboo , and unfortunately they would not be able to resend my order to me. . Today is 27.05, so far I have not received a refund for my order . I am very upset with the bugaboo service when I recommend you to everyone, in the end I was left with nothing, no one answers my email about when I will receive my funds!
Really disappointing experience. I have spent the best part of £1600 on a Fox 5 Noir Edition. I bought the brand Bugaboo due to their great reputation. When my baby was 4 months old, the pram broke. Not to worry, I told my husband. Bugaboo has great customer service, the pram is covered by warranty so I will submit a claim and Bugaboo will replace the part. I submitted the claim and waited to hear back. Bearing in mind I was without a pram, I chased after two weeks and I was told that Bugaboo said the warranty was not valid?! We only put the pram in the boot of the car, then the plastic sheared off. Nobody even let us know, I had the chase to find out this information. I would never recommend Bugaboo, it has turned out to be a very expensive mistake. Especially, with all the accessories we can no longer use. Very disappointed customer. Victoria Hughes nee Williams.
Terrible customer service. I have now had two defects with the Bugaboo Butterfly, part of the frame snapped whilst folding, that should not happen, but because I did not have a receipt (it was a present from grandparents who paid cash and did not have a receipt) they would not replace it, despite it clearly being either a design or manufacturing defect and the Bugaboo Butterfly only having been out for 2 years, so couldn't be any older. Secondly the screw from one of the front wheels came off whilst we were out, their response "We do not have separate screw for the Bugaboo Butterfly swivel wheels." So what I have to by a pair of wheels just because you cant replace a screw?? Will not be buying another of their products again.
Absolutely put me off from purchasing another bugaboo the lack of care and customer service focus from Rosiel the customer service representative. Condescending and lack of knowledge. I messaged to purchase a bugaboo butterfly as mine was stolen at the weekend . No sympathy or nice sorry to hear what happened from this person. Just a rude and abrupt reply when I enquired about the release date of the new butterfly coming out . Needless to say it put me off from buying another pushchair from bugaboo. Way to go if you don’t want repeat customers bugaboo
