We had a swaddle rip on us and not only did customer service reply the same day, almost immediately but they sent us a brand new swaddle. We buy from them all the time and love them. Great quality and their products make for great gifts too! Love this company.
I have purchased so many items for my son from Caden Lane — from crib sheets to my son’s coming home outfit. Recently I ordered him crab PJs for our upcoming beach trip. Unfortunately USPS delivered them to the wrong mailbox, and we weren’t able to track it down. CL graciously sent us another pair immediately, and we will have them in time for our trip! It’s a great company with great quality products too. My son is 4 months, and the onesies we have have survived so many accidents and washes! They still look brand new!
I made a mistake when I entered the recipient for my order. My gift was to be delivered to the incorrect address. I noticed the problem immediately and emailed the company. My Caden Lane representative, Ely, answered my email promptly and switched my order to the correct address. His service was prompt, courteous, and kind. He followed through and I received notification that the product shipped correctly. In the past, I’ve had great experience with the quality of the products from this company and it is nice to know that they are responsive and customer friendly.
Absolutely amazing customer service! I accidentally ordered my items on the wrong payment method, Catlin helped me within a few hours and refunded it so I could re order! I absolutely love Caden Lane and this makes me love it even more!
Horrible customer service !! I ordered a gift bundle then I had to purchase a gift box. Then they shipped all items separately (gift bundle set) and had it. Shipped to me and not the address I put in for the recipient. When asked about it their AI response never addressed the original problem. Very expensive and horrible company.
I ordered a personalized kids towel from Caden Lane as a thoughtful gift to celebrate a newborn. I entered the recipient’s name correctly—James B---. with proper capitalization, which was confirmed in my order receipt and printed on their own shipping label.What arrived was a towel printed entirely in lowercase—“james b--- ”—which looked more like a cheap Instagram handle than a baby gift. To make matters worse, the gift message I had included (and which their team confirmed) was never sent, leaving the recipient with no clue who the gift was from.When I contacted customer service, they dismissed it as “per policy,” despite clear evidence they had made the error. They even offered me a 20% discount to reorder a towel they themselves botched. That’s not customer service—it’s deflection.There’s nothing “custom” about stripping someone’s name of its dignity and sending it out with zero quality control. If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its products and treats gifts with care, Caden Lane is not it.
BUYER BEWARE! THEY WILL TAKE YOIR MONEY BUT YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER. I would give no stars if I could. They made a mistake when shipping and I got nothing. It was returned to sender but they told me something about a chargeback (I made a claim with PayPal as they were not trying to resolve). This is their error and they are not willing to make it right. They pretend to care by their IVF scholarships. I wonder if anyone has ever received one. I will never buy from them again.
