Amazing customer service. My auto correct changed my granddaughter’s name and didn’t double check before I placed order. Panicked and immediately sent an email on a Sunday afternoon not expecting a response until Monday. Not only did I get a response but they canceled the order and refunded the money. I am so excited to reorder with the name spelled properly. Now both granddaughters have blanket with their names on them. Love their products and won’t buy anywhere else!!
I ordered a custom blanket that, while soft, has errors in the lettering and does not match my request. The company informed me they won't correct it, but I can purchase a new one at a 20% discount. Although the blanket feels soft, it appears cheap since it consists of a single thin layer, with printing only on one side and plain white on the reverse. It might be suitable for a photo taken from a specific angle, but considering the price, I expected it to be more functional.

There was a mistake with the personalization. I emailed the service just a minute after placing my order to request the removal of an apostrophe. Their response was that they couldn't assist as it was already in production. There's no way production started that quickly. As a business owner, I know this kind of service would lead to failure. I will be ordering from another company; it's not about the $35.00, but the poor customer service.
It took about 10 days to process my return, despite their claim of 1–3 business days on their website — which is misleading. I had to repeatedly email just to get store credit, which was delayed so much that I missed out on Black Friday and the item I wanted was out of stock. Completely unacceptable. When I asked for a refund, they went silent. They ignore requests they don’t like and don’t uphold their own policies, showing no respect for customers. Shop elsewhere. I will not order from this company again.
I accidentally ordered a backordered item and reached out to customer support to check if it would arrive by Christmas. Caitlin informed me it wouldn’t but kindly offered to replace it with another item of equal value that would arrive on time. Quick response and genuine support, thank you!
The pajamas are of good quality; however, be cautious of backorders and poor customer service. I placed two recent orders, both with expedited shipping. One was backordered for two months, and the other was canceled because it wouldn’t arrive on time for my daughter's birthday. I requested a credit for one of the shipping fees due to these issues, but they refused. I won’t order from here again. They also hide shipping protection as an additional cost and are unreachable by phone.
