I got a text telling me my package was delivered. When I went outside it wasn't there. I contacted Caden Lane about this and they assisted me. A wonderful employee named Caitlin reordered and sent a replacement. That's a top quality company. Good job guys!!
the support staff quickly resolved the problem. i was sent a personalized bib with the wrong name on it. They are quickly making me the correct one. mistakes happen and they are resolving the issue. I paid with Paypal and went to fast and accidentally skipped the shipping address. I emailed their customer care team from my confirmation email and they had it updated in minutes! It was a great piece of mind especially since you are paying for good quality!
I had a personalized swaddle that had a misaligned missprint of the middle name. Contacting the customer service support group was super simple and they were able to send out a replacement that was centered at no extra charge.Very satisfied and highly recommend working with them!
I love the Caden Lane products. I recently had a problem with shipping, there’s a package that said it was delivered, but we never received it. Caden Lane has been very helpful and prompt in getting a new package resent. I appreciate not being given the runaround.
