Had defective merchandise. The footie pajamas had multiple threads hanging. Their response was "this happens sometimes you can cut them off." It shouldn't have happened in first place. The baby could have choked!!! Also the headband was extremely small even though it was one size fits all. My daughter is only 3 months old! Caden Lane wanted both items back even though they were washed in order to receive a credit and I almost didn't get refunded for the pajamas without an additional email! Nothing for inconvience or a future credit. No customer service phone number either!
Awful experience. I returned an unused item and was told I had to pay the return shipping which was no problem. They then made me pay an additional shipping fee for no reason. Therefore I returned 1 small newborn outfit and had to pay a $4.45 shipping fee then another $5.70 “fee”. I reached out to customer support so they would refund the additional fee but they said they would not without giving any reasoning. Very shady practice and not transparent to their customers. They could have had a new customer but lost one over a few dollars which will eventually put them out of business unless they change they process. We have notified all of our pregnant friends out there as well so they are not taken advantage of by this company.
I had emailed the company regarding an order I placed, I could not find my confirmation email. My granddaughter didn’t like the purchases and wanted them returned. I received an email from Caitlin advising my items were final sale, therefore couldn’t be returned. She emailed me the confirmation receipt email that was lost on my end. Very thankful to have that. Then I made another purchase attempted to use redeemed points, but had already used a 25% off code. Can’t use both, denied at checkout. I thought I had lost my unredeemed points but Caitlin came to the rescue again. She retrieved my code so I can use it for a future purchase! Caitlin is a rockstar!!!
Caden Lane's products are of the utmost quality, and absolutely adorable! Their customer service is unparalleled in that they go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I've ordered from them multiple times throughout the years, and have also referred them to others. The experience I've described has been consistent across all encounters. I would highly recommend them!

I'm a repeat customer with Caden Lane. After I placed this last order, I double checked the size and realized I had placed the wrong size. I sent a note to customer service and Ely "swooped" in and changed those sizes before the order shipped. I was concerned that I'd have to wait until it arrived and then try and return it. Ely for the win! Thank you!
Caden Lane’s Customer Service team very quickly helped me find out who sent my baby girl some of their beautiful clothes so I could provide a proper “thank you.” The clothes are soft and beautiful and I look forward to dressing my baby in them.
