Review Time
After purchasing numerous outfits I needed to exchange for a bigger size. This company states all sales finale is what they stated. This was not stated anywhere. No phone number to contact only form to fill out. I would not recommend purchasing from them
I have ordered many times from Caden Lane. I am always very pleased with the quality of my purchases and the great service they provide. My last order was sent back for whatever reason from our local post office. I contacted Caden Lane about the issue, and they immediatley responded and took care of it.
Purchased several items and they were made incorrectly, faded and looked awful. When I spoke with customer service they acknowledged the difference in coloration and quality but said that bamboo does that. They refused my return on those items so when I went to return everything I had ordered they charged me a fee to get my money back. TOTAL RIP OFF.
I ordered my kiddos Christmas photo jammies and realized a few days later that I couldn’t find the order confirmation; I reached out via their website, and not only were they quick to respond they also provided me with the tracking info, in addition to the info I requested.Super helpful!
