The website is confusing, and customer service is lacking! I ordered a personalized ornament for my grandson. Their site didn’t clarify that they would add an ‘s to the name, resulting in an incorrect ornament. They refused to correct it. They lost a customer over $23! Avoid this service.
I received a mailer from the company and decided to order colorable pajamas. About two hours after ordering, my daughter suggested I should have chosen a different size. I found out there was no phone number for the company, but they had been texting me. I texted to ask if I could change the size before shipping. They replied they would look into it, but the next day I was told my order had already shipped. Later, I received a text saying my order was about to ship, which was confusing. I was told they don’t do exchanges but I could return the pajamas for store credit. I returned them over a week ago, but still no credit has appeared. I was told to be patient due to holiday orders. I just want to exchange them for the correct size, but I can’t do that until I receive the credit. The items I wanted for Christmas are now backordered until February. The lack of a phone contact is very frustrating. I wish I had researched this company before ordering.
As much as I wanted to like Caden Lane, they ignored my special request to make sure the name on a colorable, personalized was printed in all capital letters. The online system would not allow me to change the type myself.Customer service responded that since this wasn’t a production error, they would not redo the product. I agreed that this wasn’t a production error, it was a company error for not heeding their “special instructions” box.Caden Lane promises a wonderful product…and places an emphasis on taking great care with children’s items.I ordered three personalized pillowcases.Two of them they got correct, the third they did not. These mistakes are recognized by siblings when receiving gifts.I will not order from this company again.
I made a mistake with my order and needed to cancel it after submission. I emailed customer support and received an immediate automated response relevant to my issue, informing me that someone would reach out. This happened on a Sunday when support was closed. By Monday morning, I had already received a refund and a personal email confirming the cancellation. I will certainly order from the service again in the future given their excellent customer support.
I bought sibling matching pajamas and my son’s got holes in both the shirt and the pants after being work one time and not even washed. They also stain easily and the stains do not come out. You’re better off ordering some regular cotton pajamas. The quality is very disappointing and they do not stand behind their products when contacted with issues.
